As soon as you step into this charming residence, you are enveloped by an inviting, warm atmosphere that makes every moment of your stay special. Thanks to the direct access from the living and dining area to the garden, you can fully enjoy the fresh mountain air on sunny days.

The modern, open kitchen is harmoniously integrated into the space and offers everything a home cook could wish for. Equipped with a spacious cooking island, high-end appliances, and all the necessary utensils, it’s the perfect place to prepare meals together. From the dining area, you can step directly onto the covered terrace, where an awning provides pleasant shade – the ideal spot to savor the garden’s tranquility and wind down after a long day.

Back in the living and dining area, a beautiful wooden staircase, adorned with stylish stone elements, leads to the first floor, where three cozy bedrooms await you. Each room is a rustic haven of comfort with its own unique charm: all the bedrooms feature a charming wooden mezzanine with modern glass elements, giving the rooms a sense of lightness. In the first bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed, and the spacious wardrobe in the mezzanine, accessible via a spiral staircase, offers plenty of space for your holiday wardrobe. From here, you have direct access to a balcony that provides a breathtaking view of the surrounding nature – the perfect place to enjoy the fresh mountain air.

The second bedroom also offers a comfortable double bed in the mezzanine, accessible by a staircase, as well as a large dressing room for even more storage space. Here, too, a door leads out to the balcony, allowing you to step into nature. The third bedroom features another double bed and an additional sleeping area on the mezzanine – ideal for an extra guest. This room also offers direct access to the balcony, inviting you to take in the peaceful beauty of the surroundings.

Two modern bathrooms ensure the utmost comfort: one is equipped with a refreshing shower and toilet, while the other boasts a relaxing bathtub and toilet – perfect for unwinding after an active day in the mountains.
