Our Palmen Apartment is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood on a one-way street that is both peaceful and centrally located. Maximiliansplatz is right next to the apartment building where the vacation rental is located. The train station and bus routes are easily accessible from the building. The apartment itself has been extensively renovated and modernized. It features a modernized bathroom and is fully equipped with underfloor heating. In addition, new windows have been installed and the apartment has been freshly painted. The apartment is located on the first floor of the building.

Enjoy a relaxing stay in our lovingly furnished, approximately 32 m² apartment for up to two people. This modernized vacation apartment is situated in a quiet yet central location on Gartenstraße in Bad Aibling. The Bad Aibling thermal baths, downtown, restaurants, cafés, and shopping are all conveniently accessible within a few minutes. The bright living and sleeping area is cozily furnished and features a comfortable double bed (160 × 200 cm), a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and a dining area for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchenette features a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, and all necessary cookware and tableware, so you can easily prepare your own meals during your stay. The modern bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with a shower, a sink, a toilet, and a hair dryer. Towels and bed linens are, of course, provided for you. A special highlight is the private terrace with an adjoining garden measuring approximately 9 m². The cozy lounge is perfect for outdoor breakfasts or relaxing summer evenings and offers the ideal spot to wind down at the end of the day in a peaceful atmosphere.
