Newly built guesthouse (2013) in Bad Aibling/Harthausen. The Gästehaus Hubertus vacation rental offers a fully furnished and equipped apartment of approximately 42 square meters with a balcony/terrace, bathroom/toilet, underground parking/parking space, and free Wi-Fi/internet. Furthermore, the rooms feature hard flooring and are free of unnecessary frills. The accommodation features a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your own meals. A coffee maker, etc., is of course provided.
The guesthouse is part of the Hubertushof, with the adjacent dance hall “Tanzcafe Hubertus” located in the adjoining building. A family-run business in a village setting, yet still within walking distance of the city center. We always strive to accommodate and fulfill our guests’ requests and needs—both big and small—to ensure a harmonious stay at our guesthouse.

The light-filled vacation apartment is bright, modernly furnished, and features a terrace, where the evening sun in every room invites you to enjoy a cozy end to the day. The vacation rental features a cozy living/bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, a coffee maker, dishes, and silverware. The apartment measures approximately 45 m². Of course, the apartment is equipped with a bathroom, toilet, TV, and internet access. There is also an underground parking space or parking space for one car per apartment. Towels and bed linens are provided. Seating on the terrace includes two chairs and one table. Towels and bed linens are provided and changed once a week. Final cleaning is included in the price.
We have been part of the “Quality-Tested for Allergy Sufferers” network since August 2017; our apartments can be equipped—upon request—to accommodate allergy sufferers. They are, of course, pet-hair-free. Thanks to these guaranteed favorable conditions, contact with allergens is significantly reduced. However, it cannot be 100% avoided. The seal certifies verified favorable conditions for allergy reduction, but does not guarantee complete freedom from symptoms.

The town of Bad Aibling, the “spa town with a heart,” is located in the Mangfall Valley. It is Bavaria’s oldest moor spa and has been known far beyond its borders since the opening of the thermal baths in 2007. Our spa town is situated in the Upper Bavarian Alpine foothills and serves as an ideal starting point for excursions and sightseeing in Bavaria. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the town center and the spa park, 2 km to the thermal baths, and a 10-minute drive to the train station. A trip up the 1,838-meter-high Wendelstein is practically a must—either by cogwheel train from Brannenburg or by aerial cableway from Bayrischzell. Winter sports are also plentiful, with Germany’s largest contiguous ski area, “Sudelfeld,” just a 30-minute drive away. Neighboring Austria is also just a stone’s throw away. The “Bavarian Sea,” our Lake Chiemsee, is well worth a visit with its islands and castles. Munich Airport is approximately 90 km away. Bad Aibling has two train stations. In short:
