It’s about a 15-minute walk (shortcut) or about 3 km by car to the center of Luino, with its shops and restaurants, as well as to the lake. A total of approximately 140 m² of living space is spread over three levels and is cleverly divided into a day area and a night area. The tasteful furnishings and the light-filled living area further contribute to making you feel completely at home here. A balcony and two terraces also offer plenty of opportunities to retreat and simply unwind. The icing on the cake, however, is the approximately 4 m x 8 m pool with an outdoor shower (open from approximately mid-May to mid-September, weather permitting), which—thanks to the property’s hillside location—you can access from both the sleeping area on the garden level and from the balcony or terrace on the first floor.
