Apartment at Haus Waldstraße 32, No. 2: a quiet and cozy two-room apartment near the beach

The friendly and cozy 2-room apartment (approx. 50 m²) on the first floor has a high level of functionality and is fully furnished. The flooring in the living room and bedroom is carpeted, the entrance area, the kitchen and the bathroom / toilet are tiled.

The apartment offers sleeping facilities for a total of 3 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide you with a children's travel bed (without mattress, duvet, pillows and covers) and a high chair if required (for a small fee).

From the spacious hallway with wardrobe, wardrobe and mirror, you can easily reach all rooms of your holiday apartment.

The friendly and comfortably furnished living/dining room has a separate seating area with comfortable couch, armchair and coffee table as well as a separate dining table with 4 chairs. From the living room you have direct access to the ground-level and sunny terrace (south-facing) with garden furniture - here you can sit relaxed and comfortable in the middle of the countryside!

For your entertainment, a modern flat-screen TV as well as a radio and CD player are available in the apartment. In addition, the apartment has free Wi-Fi.

The semi-open kitchen includes a fully equipped built-in kitchenette with 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The kitchen is well and sufficiently equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery and pots.

The bright and cosy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe. An additional comfortable sleeping option for another 3rd person is provided by the pull-out sofa bed in the living room.

The bright and friendly bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet as well as its own washing machine.

You can store your shoes and jackets at the cloakroom (with wardrobe and mirror) in the spacious entrance area of the apartment.

You can park your car free of charge in a parking space belonging to your apartment right next to the house, your bicycles can be parked in front of the house. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bicycle rental near your residential complex if you are interested.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to bring pets in this apartment!

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment in the interest of our non-smoking guests, please use the terrace for this. Thank you for your understanding!

Deviations from the above requirements (minimum nights / complete booking) are only possible after telephone consultation with our staff.
