Feriendomizil Dünengarten WE 32: spacious 3-room apartment with terrace close to the beach

This very spacious 3-room apartment (approx. 81 m²) on the first floor, located near the beach, offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The flooring throughout the living area is high-quality vinyl with an elegant wood-grain finish; the kitchen and bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The vacation apartment sleeps a total of 6 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or sheets) as well as a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the spacious entryway—equipped with a coat rack, shoe rack, wall mirror, bench, small table with a chair, and a small dresser—you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation rental.

The bright and spacious living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable corner couch and coffee table, as well as a separate dining table with chairs.

The apartment features a ground-level, south-east-facing, covered terrace measuring approximately 6 m² with outdoor furniture, which you can access from the bedroom. Here you can relax and unwind surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the vacation rental is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a radio with a CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions).

The semi-open kitchen includes a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cozy and very spacious first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, a wardrobe, a spacious dresser, and 3 chairs.

The separate and additional second bedroom also features a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, a spacious wardrobe, a comfortable wingback chair, and a small reading nook with a table and two comfortable wicker armchairs.

The pull-out sofa in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a fifth or sixth person. To ensure a good night’s sleep, both the bedroom and the living room are equipped with blackout curtains.

The bathroom features a bathtub with a shower, a sink with a vanity cabinet, a toilet, a heated towel rack, and ample storage space. There is also a private washing machine available for washing your vacation clothes.

You can store your jackets and shoes in the large coat closet with a shoe rack, bench, and mirror in the apartment’s spacious entryway.

In addition, the apartment includes a small storage room for suitcases and luggage.

You can park your car for free in a parking space (No. 51) assigned to your apartment, located directly to the right of the building; your bicycles can be stored in bike racks outside the residential complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right next to your residential complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your vacation rental.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A linen package (complete set of bedding—the beds are already made—one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 4 people. If the apartment is occupied by more than 4 people, a surcharge of €10.00 per night applies for each additional person.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
