This welcoming and very cozy 4-room duplex apartment (approx. 60 m²) spans two floors on the 2nd floor (and attic) and offers a high degree of functionality; it is fully furnished. The flooring in the living room and bedrooms is vinyl, the third bedroom (in the attic) has carpet, and the kitchen and bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The vacation rental sleeps a total of 6 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or sheets) upon request (for a small fee); a high chair is available and may be used.

From the hallway—which features a mirror, coat rack, and shoe cabinet—you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation rental.

The bright and inviting living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch and coffee table, a separate dining table with 6 chairs, and a dresser. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 8 m² sunny balcony (facing south and west) with various pieces of balcony furniture—here you can sit back and relax surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine in the evening!

For your entertainment, the vacation apartment features 2 modern flat-screen TVs, a stereo system with Bluetooth, a DVD player, and a small selection of books and board games. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The separate open-concept kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully and well-equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The spacious first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, and a spacious closet. Unfortunately, the TV shown in the living room photo is no longer available for technical reasons.

The separate and additional second bedroom features two comfortable single beds, a nightstand, and a spacious closet.

A small staircase leading from the living room takes you to the apartment’s attic, where the third bedroom is located. This room is also furnished with two single beds placed side by side, two armchairs with a small table, and two small dressers, and features an additional small TV. Important note: Due to the very steep staircase, this room is not (!) suitable for small children!

The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, a hair dryer, and ample storage space.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in a separate building on the property and are available for use by all guests.

You can park your car for free in a parking space (carport) assigned to your apartment right next to the building; your bicycles can be stored in a covered bike shed on the residential complex grounds. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your residential complex.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A linens package (complete set of bed linens—the beds are already made—one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 6 people.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting our staff by phone.
