The very tastefully and elegantly furnished 2-room apartment (approx. 55 m²) on the first floor is fully furnished. All floors in the apartment are tiled.

The vacation rental sleeps a total of 2 people. For small children, we’re also happy to provide a travel crib (without a comforter, pillow, or sheets) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the spacious entryway, which features a coat rack, wall mirror, and shoe rack, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation apartment.

The modern and very attractive living room features a seating area with a comfortable couch, armchair, and coffee table, as well as a large closet and a sideboard.

A modern flat-screen TV is available in the vacation rental for your entertainment. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The apartment features a ground-level, south- and west-facing, approximately 12 m² in size, which is sunny and partially covered (furnished with a table and chairs), located directly in the entryway of the vacation apartment. Here you can sit back and relax with a fantastic view of the estate’s beautiful park!

The separate and spacious kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchen with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cozy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (box spring), nightstands, a wardrobe, and a dresser.

The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower (senior-friendly!), a sink with a mirror and vanity cabinet, a toilet, a hair dryer, and a heated towel rack.

In the hallway by the staircase (on the 1st floor of the main house), there is a beautiful and cozy reading nook furnished with a comfortable couch and a small library, which is available to all guests for shared use.

In addition, all guests can enjoy the large park grounds as well as the garden house with its covered terrace, featuring comfortable outdoor furniture and a modern gas grill. Here you can sit back and relax while enjoying a fantastic view of the estate’s beautiful park!

You can park your car for free in one of the ample parking spaces on the estate grounds,

You can park your bicycles in the bike racks or in a garage on the estate grounds. If you don’t bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from OstseeBike, our partner bike rental company. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered to the estate grounds free of charge.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs (see Prices).

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
