Seeschwalbe WE Garms: bright 2-room apartment close to the beach

This light-filled and spacious 2-room apartment (approx. 55 m²) on the first floor is highly functional and fully furnished. The bedroom has laminate flooring; all other rooms in the apartment are tiled.

The vacation rental can accommodate a total of 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the spacious entryway, which features a coat rack and mirror, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation rental.

The light-filled (large floor-to-ceiling windows) and cozy living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, 2 armchairs, and a coffee table; a separate dining table with 4 chairs; a sideboard; and various shelves and cabinets. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 8 m² sunny terrace (facing southwest) with patio furniture—here you can sit back and relax surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in the evening with a good bottle of wine!

For your entertainment, the vacation rental is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV and a radio.

The open kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchenette with a 4-burner stove, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The bright and inviting bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, and a spacious closet. The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third or fourth is provided by the pull-out sofa bed in the living room.

The bathroom (with natural light / window) features a shower, sink, toilet, a bathroom cabinet, and ample storage space.

The apartment also includes a small storage room for suitcases and luggage.

You can store your shoes and jackets on the large coat rack (with a mirror) in the apartment’s spacious hallway.

If you need to wash your vacation clothes, a laundromat is available very close to your vacation apartment (approx. 300 m).

You can park your car for free in a parking space belonging to your apartment right next to the building; your bicycles can be stored in the courtyard of the apartment complex.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
