Your bright, spacious apartment is located on the 1st floor on the left. The entryway—a welcoming, bright hallway with a mirror and shelf—leads to all the rooms. To the left is the double bedroom, which can be quickly converted into a twin room; a floor-to-ceiling door leads out to the south-facing balcony, which features seating and a view of the property’s garden or the river valley. Across from it is the quiet, bright single room with a mirrored cabinet and a rattan chair. From here, too, you have a beautiful view of the outdoor dining area. In the spacious, Asian-style living room, there is a large couch that can be quickly converted into a sofa bed for two people. You’ll also find a large dresser (with plenty of storage space) and the TV here. In the spacious, bright shower room across the way—equipped with a mirror cabinet, hair dryer, and towel warmer—you can freshen up at any time. The spacious, inviting kitchen-dining area is perfect for cooking together and enjoying each other’s company. It’s fully equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, a full set of dishes and glasses, and a basic supply of groceries. So you’ll feel right at home from the very first minute. Parking, use of the outdoor dining area, and Wi-Fi are free; bed linens and towels are included. Located 800 meters from the Inn River and the border with Austria. The “Altes Zollhaus” vacation rental is situated in a quiet location with an outdoor dining area. The Inn Cycle Path runs right past it, offering countless opportunities for bike rides as well as motorcycle tours. A golf paradise with 20 courses, all within 25 km, as well as 1 casino and 4 thermal spas, all within 18 km. For art and history lovers, there’s an inexhaustible treasure trove dating back to the Stone Age. There are also castles and palaces, such as Esterhàzy Palace right in town, or Burghausen—the longest castle in the world—to name just a few. You should definitely set aside a full day to explore Passau Cathedral and the city of Passau itself. Salzburg is also conveniently located for a day trip. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person upon arrival or via a key safe. Pets are allowed for an additional fee of 10.00 EUR per night per pet. A security deposit of 100.00 EUR must be paid in cash upon arrival. Bed linens, towels, use of the garden, free Wi-Fi, and parking are included in the price. The washer and dryer can be used for a fee of 5.00 EUR per use. The house features a fully equipped fitness room (wellness room with an infrared cabin), a guest kitchen, a disco, and a bar.
