Charming, dog-friendly 2-room vacation rental near Lake Chiemsee, on the outskirts of Greimelberg, which is part of Frasdorf.
A particularly quiet location at an elevation of 700 meters with a magnificent, unobstructed view of nature.

The 60-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor and features a living room/bedroom, a bedroom, a kitchen, a high-quality shower room with natural light, a spacious hallway, and a lovely terrace lined with blooming clematis and many raspberry bushes in the spring.
Comfortably and modernly equipped with underfloor heating, hardwood floors, an infrared sauna in the bedroom, satellite TV, and free Wi-Fi. An additional TV and stereo system are available upon request.
There is also an approximately 15-square-meter heated storage room for outdoor clothing and gear, as well as a dog shower with towels.
The vacation apartment is well separated from the main residence and has its own entrance. It also features a large (270 square meters), separable section of the garden. Of course, the carport is available for shared use; there is also a parking strip and storage space for bicycles.
The maximum occupancy is 3 people; there are 2 double beds. The bed in the living room is 140 x 200 cm wide, and the one in the bedroom is 160 x 200 cm wide.
Although the beds are not extra-long, they are open at the bottom. Duvets, pillows, and bedding are made from natural materials. You can also choose between 80x80, 40x80, and neck pillows. Please let me know in advance. In addition to the sliding shutters, there are blackout curtains.
The kitchen has 2 stovetop burners, a freestanding oven, a microwave, a wok, and matching cookbooks. It’s equipped with everything a cook’s heart desires.
A washing machine, dryer, and clothes rack are available, and interim cleaning can be arranged upon request.
Hikes—whether with your dog or on snowshoes—start right from your front door. One of the most beautiful golf courses in the Chiemgau region is less than 5 minutes away.





Located between Munich (1 hour) and Salzburg(45 minutes), Greimelberg is a tranquil, small village at an elevation of 700 meters, just 3 minutes from the highway—which you can’t hear. The house is situated on a hill, offering an unobstructed view of Lake Chiemsee and the Kampenwand.From your apartment, you’ll see greenery, a few houses on the other side of the valley, and Lake Chiemsee from the garden.
In addition to all the recreational activities you can enjoy from here—such as hiking, biking, skiing, cross-country skiing, and sledding, snowshoeing, long walks with your dog, and the most beautiful golf course in the Chiemgau region—which is just 5 minutes away—you’ll find yourself, not to mention, right in the middle of an incredibly diverse cultural scene. Not only Salzburg and Munich are worth visiting, but also Erl—with Jonas Kaufmann as its new artistic director—Herrenchiemsee, Immling, Neubeuern, and Hohenaschau.
