HEMOS VIAJADO LOS CUATRO DE CASA A MUNCIH Y DESDE LUEGO QUE EL APARTAMENTO ESTA MUY BIEN MONTADO. TODO MUY NUEVO, TOTALMENTE ESPACIOSO Y LUMINOSO. CERCA DEL TRANSPORTE PUBLICO PARA IR AL CENTRO DE LA CIUDAD. TIENE UNA PEGA, NO DISPONE DE CORTINAS O PERSIANAS EN NINGUNA VENTANA POR LO QUE SEGUN AMANECE LA LUZ ENTRA A RAUDALES. EN CUALQUIER CASO MUY RECOMENDABLE. FENOMENAL.

Great apartment and excellent location for a family of 5 with 3 adults and 2 older teens. Short walk to the EDEKA market (50 m) and close to public transit stops. Plenty of space for my family for sleeping and lounging at night. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking our own meals, and having access to a washing machine was an added bonus after 7 days of travel. Host (Regina) was very responsive to email communications, making the check-in process a breeze. I would highly recommend staying here for your next visit to Munich!

Holiday in Munich

Family holiday in Germany to visit friends and see the area! We had a rental car to see some of the outlying towns and this location was great for that! We were further from the downtown area than we thought but we were able to walk to the tram.

Fall Break 2024

The property was very spacious and light. It was very convenient to the bus stop and market. My son and I had plenty of room to enjoy our week in Munich. I would highly recommend staying here when visiting.

Wonderful apartment, great location!

We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment. It was clean and well equipped, and close to a grocery store, pharmacy (Apotheke), many restaurants, and several parks. For warmer days there are two fans. It is on the third floor so it does get toasty when temperatures are above 85F.

Great stay for us

Location was great, quiet at night and easy to navigate to the bus line which gave us access to any trains. If traveling with a group get the day pass. Plenty of space to spread out in the home and check in and out was very easy.

Not really 2 bedrooms

This apartment is big, airy, and full of light. Huge living room, excellent kitchen (fully stocked with top grade pots and pans, cutlery, and loads of dishes, plus a great induction cooktop) with big dining table. This apartment is totally most suitable for a couple with (or without) kids as there really is only one bedroom (ie: room with a door) on the main level while the other beds are all on the loft (gallery) and fully open to below. We were two retired women and my travelling companion would have preferred more privacy up there. The only other thing was the lack of blinds in the main rooms - this made for very warm afternoons, and one window in the main bathroom lacking a blind. If these things aren’t issues for you, this place is great. The house itself is very quiet yet close to a great grocery store, bakery, and the bus to the U Bahn was a couple of blocks away.

Es war ein Geruch in der Wohnung wie frisch geöltes Holz. Keine HD Programme TV. Keine Vorhänge auch nicht im Schlafbereich. Oben keine Nachtschränkchen, keine Steckdose, uralte Matrazen. Vielen Dank nie wieder.

Convenient and clean place

The apartment is very convenient to grocery stores, bakeries and public transportation. It was clean and well-equipped. It was a great place to stay for our family. The only inconvenience is that it is very hot in the apartment when it’s hot outside since it is at the top story of a building. Most windows have no covers so it can be hard to sleep with the heat and light.

Lovely stay in Munich

Our host was very responsive and helpful. We found it easy to use public transport to get into the city. It was about 35-45 minutes to Old Towne and other attractions from a nearby stop. There were also grocery stores, a bakery and bar right around the corner which was super convenient. Parking on the street was easy and safe. It was very hot the days we were in Munich but it cooled down a lot at night and we were able to open lots of windows to keep it cooler. We had a lovely stay and would recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable stay for up to 7 people.

Gigantisch große Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage.

Die Ferienwohnung ist genial für Fahrradausflüge an Sternbergersee, Langwieder See, zum Shoppen in den Pasing Arkaden oder in der Münchner Innenstadt. Edeka, Rewe, Bäcker und Metzger sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen in 50 bis ca. 200 m Entfernung. Ebenso die Bushaltestelle. An der Ecke ca. 1 km entfernt ist ein sehr gutes griechisches Restaurant, 15 min. zu Fuß. Die Ferienwohnung an sich entspricht genau der Beschreibung im Internet. Einziger Nachteil, es gibt nur ein abgeschlossenes Schlafzimmer. Die restlichen Betten befinden sich unabgetrennt auf der Galerie. Die dort schlafenden bekommen den Lärm in der Küche insb. die relativ laute Kühlgefrierkombination und den Fernseher mit. Daher empfehle ich Ohrstöpsel für eine ungestörte Nachtruhe. Ansonsten war alles bestens.

FeWo zum Wohlfühlen

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in chicer, großzügiger Wohnung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke, Stadtzentrum in weniger als 30 min mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr bequem erreichbar. Komfortables Wohnen. Auf der offenen Galerie (dort Schlafplätze für bis zu fünf Personen) ist allerdings keine Privatsphäre möglich, war für unsere drei Teenager-Kinder allerdings kein Problem.

Like staying with a friend

Theres something uniquely comfortable and homey about the apartment. It has all the comforts of home, and is lovely as well. Just be sure to keep the temperature down as the upstairs open sleeping area can be very warm!

Really comfortable place

Reiner's place was wonderful! It was so clean and comfortable and very close to groceries and the bus station. We loved it! Perfect for our family of 6. Very nice kitchen, the bathrooms were great and the beds very comfortable.

Genug Platz für alles

Wir waren dort zu fünft und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war sehr ruhig, was ideal war für unser Arbeitstreffen. Das große und helle Wohnzimmer war super um dort den ganzen Tag an unserem Projekt zu arbeiten. Mit den Vermietern war es sehr unkompliziert und einfach. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Es war super sauber, hell, großzügig großer Raum, ruhig ( man hörte höchstens mal ein paar Vögel) und leicht vom Hbf mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Auch dass Edeka direkt um die Ecke war, war sehr hilfreich für uns, weil wir immer zu Hause gekocht haben, so haben wir nicht viel Zeit verschwendet mit langen Wegen zum Einkaufen und hatten viel Zeit für unsere Arbeit. Ich würde jeder Zeit diese wundervolle Wohnung wieder mieten. Danke nochmal.

Good Location and Wonderful Apartment

We stayed for 5 days while visiting Munich with my family. The apartment was clean and pretty large!! Everything was well kept and updated. The transit to Marienplatz was about 25 minutes. This apartment is in a very nice quiet neighborhood, however, the closest ATM is about 0.5 miles away. So if you need cash, get it at the airport or wait until you're in the city. We would definitely stay here again!
