Modern 2-bedroom in historic home with upgraded kitchen, steps from East Liberty

Enjoy the third floor of our house! With two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room, and a full-service kitchen, we've tried our best to make this space welcoming and cozy.

Our home is walkable to everything and has plenty of on-street parking. You have a separate, private entrance to get up to the third floor, and once there, you'll enjoy a totally renewed space with modern amenities like an induction stove, all-in-one washer/dryer, blackout blinds in the bedrooms, and warm-water bidet.

We live on the first two floors of this 130-year-old American Foursquare. We've recently refreshed the third floor with modern amenities and can't wait to share it with you.

Before booking, please make sure you're able to walk up two flights of stairs to access the apartment. There is no elevator.

This house is walkable to everything: a 5 minute walk to Whole Foods or Aldi; a 10 minute walk to Giant Eagle or the Fresh Market. A bus stop is seconds from the door that can take you to UPMC, University of Pittsburgh, CMU, and Downtown Pittsburgh. Our house is adjacent to a bike-friendly street and plenty of bike lanes. We have tons of on-street parking if you drive.

Kitchen: We've designed our dream kitchen for you, complete with a modern induction stove that can boil a cup of water in 30 seconds. You'll have an all-in-one washer/dryer combo which lets you throw your clothes in before you head out for the day, and come back to clean and dry clothes -- no moving anything from the washer to the dryer! Our fridge creates spherical ice cubes, great for cocktails, and we've got tons of pots and pans for you to cook a nice meal. The water cooler provides filtered hot, cold, or room-temperature water.

Bathroom: We've made the most of a small space with a walk-in shower, a brand new toilet with a fancy bidet, including warm water and (in winter) a heated seat. Storage hooks for your bags, cups for your toothbrushes, and an outlet for electric razors. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are included.

Your apartment has its own AC and you can control the temperature.

The bedrooms and living room have blackout blinds. The Blue Bedroom has a large walk-in closet, and the Green Bedroom has two large standard closets.

We have strong wifi throughout the space, and a desk is available in the Green Bedroom.
