Beautiful apartment (65sqm) with terrace and garden

Welcome to our “Vacation Apartment in the Goldtal”—peace, relaxation, and exploration in Bad Abbach. Our beautiful spa town of Bad Abbach is located on the Danube, 13 km south of the UNESCO World Heritage city of Regensburg, and 18 km from the Lower Bavarian town of Kelheim, home to the magnificent Altmühl Valley and the Danube Gorge with the famous Weltenburg Abbey. Both destinations are about a 15- to 20-minute drive away. Our modern and very well-equipped non-smoking apartment comfortably accommodates 1 to 3 people and measures 65 square meters. The apartment is located in a very quiet residential area and is situated on the basement level of a house where we also live. Free parking is available right in front of the house. From the parking lot, a wide, easily accessible staircase leads to the apartment’s private entrance. The apartment features a very large, sunny terrace and a small garden area. Here you can relax in peace and enjoy your vacation. A grill and lounge chairs are available for your use. The town of Bad Abbach is conveniently located and has excellent public transportation connections. The bus stop is only 600 m away and can be reached in just 8 minutes on foot. From there, you can reach the center of Regensburg in just 30 minutes by bus. The spa town of Bad Abbach offers visitors a beautiful, spacious spa park with a petting zoo and a mini-golf course, a wide variety of dining options, and numerous shopping opportunities, such as EDEKA, REWE, Aldi, Netto, Norma, dm, etc. Nearby, you’ll find a beautiful golf course in Lengfeld, the marina in Kelheim, and the University of Regensburg, which is just a 10-minute drive away. There are many other beautiful and worthwhile tourist destinations to choose from: the 2,000-year-old UNESCO World Heritage city of Regensburg (12 km), Kelheim (18 km) with the Altmühl Valley, Weltenburg Abbey, and the Hall of Liberation; the Walhalla in Donaustauf (25 km); the Nepal Temple in Wiesent (33 km); and the Hundertwasser Tower in Abensberg (27 km). For a lovely bike ride, you can take the Danube Bike Path, which runs right past Bad Abbach. A bike rental shop is located in the Poikam district. In Bad Abbach and the surrounding area, numerous lovely beer gardens invite you to linger. We’re happy to provide tips and information. Our vacation apartment, with 65 square meters of living space, accommodates 1–3 people. The apartment is furnished with modern, high-quality furniture. The comfortable and spacious kitchen-living area features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a third bed, a couch, and a flat-screen TV. A washing machine is available for your laundry. A large terrace and a small garden area are available for your peace and relaxation. Free parking is available directly in front of the house. The apartment is non-smoking. A dedicated guest Wi-Fi network is available free of charge.Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person. Pets are not allowed for hygiene reasons. Bicycles can be securely stored in our garage. An e-bike charging station is also available. A visitor’s tax applies in our town of Bad Abbach. This amounts to 1.80 EUR per person aged 16 and older per day. The visitor’s tax is to be paid on-site. Our guests receive a guest card that entitles them to various discounts. Included in the base rate: bed linens, towels, and all utilities such as electricity, water, heating, and TV. A deposit of 20% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. Payment is due on-site in cash. Card payments are not accepted. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance that will cover the costs incurred in the event of a cancellation (due to illness), either in part or in full, depending on the terms of your travel insurance policy.
