Welcome to Obing in the beautiful Chiemgau region (Bavaria), at the foot of the Chiemgau Alps and just 8 km from Lake Chiemsee. Obing is best reached by car and is located exactly halfway between Munich and Salzburg on the B 304.Look forward to a cozy, comfortable apartment with a well-equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, a bathroom with shower and toilet, heated floors, roller shutters in all rooms, and a furnished south-facing balcony.
Children are welcome; pets are allowed by arrangement (if you bring a pet, we ask for a 200-euro deposit upon arrival). Non-smoking vacation rental. A free parking spot is available on the street in front of our house (located on a quiet cul-de-sac). Our house is located in the town center; the bakery and various shopping options, restaurants, and beer gardens are about 400 m away. Musical, cultural, and sporting activities—such as a golf course, mini-golf, and the family-friendly beach with a kiosk, children’s playground, and beach volleyball court—await you.
This spacious, bright apartment offers:

Obing is located about 10 km north of Lake Chiemsee, exactly halfway between Munich and Salzburg. The town features a beach with a kiosk, a children’s playground, and a beach volleyball court, as well as golf and mini-golf courses, beer gardens, and excellent dining options.Obing—the perfect starting point for day trips, for example, to Wasserburg/Inn, Munich, Salzburg, Burghausen, or to the Hochfelln, one of the Chiemgau mountains. Many other attractions in the region are also easily accessible.
