A stunning, high-end semi-detached vacation home with a garden (fenced), carport, and private shed in a great location in Grömitz.
The beach and dune park are just a 2-minute walk away.
The vacation home accommodates 6–8 people. Ideal for large families, family vacations with grandparents, or vacations with two families where the children share a bedroom. The children’s room can accommodate up to 4 children (bunk bed and sofa bed).
During the colder months, the sauna room offers additional comfort. The covered, southwest-facing terrace provides a place to relax in any weather.

Booking Information
Photos may show additional amenities, such as bed linens, towels, a grill, etc., some of which can only be added for a fee after the booking process is complete. If additional services are included in the rental price, they are explicitly described in the listing.
If pets are allowed in this vacation rental, this applies exclusively to dogs.
Some municipalities charge a visitor’s tax. This is not included in the booking price.

Easy booking. There was always plenty of communication. The vacation rental is new, the furnishings are very tasteful, the location is ideal, and the amenities are almost better than at my own home. There’s plenty of space for six people. The garden gets sun at midday. Everything you could possibly need is there. Thank you very much.

Great vacation rental. Centrally located. Everything is within walking distance. We’d love to come back. There is one small issue, though: According to the description, the yard is fenced in. Unfortunately, that’s not entirely the case—on one side, there’s just a thin wire stretched across the hedge. This is important information for dog owners, since any dog could escape here.
