The Süssauer Beach—which is exempt from the visitor’s tax—is only 850 m away, and parking at the beach is free.

With our 7-speed bicycles for adults (free to use), you can ride to the beach, explore the area, or go on many interesting excursions to attractive towns and cities. You can reach all the worthwhile destinations via bike paths. But you can also explore the idyllic countryside on beautiful dirt roads.

For your well-deserved vacation, our spacious and very comfortable semi-detached house awaits you, offering plenty of space both inside and out. When furnishing this charming semi-detached home, we placed great emphasis on coziness and comfort for you. After all, you shouldn’t have to do without the comforts you’re used to while on vacation.

We guarantee you a tastefully furnished, very well-maintained, smoke-free, and pet-free semi-detached house. This makes it ideal for people with allergies and non-smokers. All of our apartments are harmoniously furnished and decorated with great care, down to the last detail.

The large ground-floor living area is optimally laid out. You’ll love relaxing in the cozy sitting area with its living room cabinet, large flat-screen TV, and stereo system.

The dining area serves as the centerpiece and is a place people love to gather time and again. This space is always a favorite, whether for meals, playing games, or just chatting.

The large built-in kitchen in the open-concept living area—now equipped with a dishwasher—is very well-appointed, because you shouldn’t have to compromise on anything while on vacation. We’ve thought of everything so you can treat your loved ones to delicious meals even while on vacation. You won’t miss a thing.

For a restful night’s sleep, our two bedrooms—furnished with solid wood furniture—are at your disposal. Both bedrooms (1 on the first floor and 1 in the attic) feature double beds with nightstands and a wardrobe each. The mattresses, the fresh air, and the heavenly tranquility turn our guests into true “late risers.” That’s how a vacation should be! A large crib can easily be set up in the larger bedroom.

The semi-detached house is rounded out by a shower room and a spacious hallway. The hallway offers plenty of space for the things you bring with you: strollers, sports carts, toys, and so on.
You also have your own entrance, giving you your very own private retreat.

Your own private, sheltered patio is located right next to the apartment. Here you can enjoy the sun with a glass of wine until sunset. But it’s also a great place to relax for any other occasion. This way, you can always keep a close eye on your little ones. Right outside the front door is a huge lawn, surrounded by beautiful landscaping and featuring various play structures. A garden shed with garden furniture, seat cushions, lounge chairs, a patio umbrella, and a grill is also at your disposal.

You’ll never get bored here—and you’ll save on the visitor’s tax.
