The Vacation Rental:
A place to feel at home. This high-quality, fully furnished vacation rental offers plenty of space for 2 adults and 1 toddler. With approximately 55 m² of living space, plus a balcony, open area, and lawn, you’ll feel right at home. From the living room—which features satellite TV, a sleeper sofa (1.40 m wide), and a balcony—you can enjoy a partial view of the lake and the surrounding greenery. The bedroom is equipped with high-quality mattresses, a wardrobe, insect screens, and blackout curtains. In the large, fully equipped kitchen—which includes a dining area—you can prepare delicious meals. The bathroom, featuring a bathtub, sink, and toilet, has a skylight through which you can see the starry sky while bathing. The vacation rental is located on the first floor and has a separate entrance. Wi-Fi, a carport for your car, a beach chair, a swing for the children, a travel crib, and a high chair are provided. A railroad track runs alongside the property. However, this does not bother most guests, as the train passes below the property (which is on a hillside) and is not visible.
The surrounding area within walking distance:
You can reach the center of Bad Kleinen on foot in just a few minutes. A supermarket (Aldi) and a snack bar are only 200 m away. In the town center, you’ll find supermarkets, a tourist information office, bike rentals, a bakery, doctors’ offices, a post office, a pharmacy, restaurants, a bank, and several shops. The supervised outdoor lake swimming area, the pier, and the marina are about a 15-minute walk away.
Surroundings, Leisure, and Day Trips:
By car, you can reach the state capital, Schwerin, and the Hanseatic city of Wismar in about 15–20 minutes. The beautiful beaches of the Baltic Sea are also just a 20-minute drive away. Visit, for example, the Pirate Open-Air Theater, the Wonnemar water park and adventure pool, the zoo, numerous museums, the movie theater, Schwerin Castle, the theater, or the historic old town in Wismar. There are countless options for every kind of weather and every taste. We also highly recommend the “Fischer,” located about 2 km away, where you can enjoy delicious fish and a fish snack. Here, you can also rent a boat and explore the lake.
