Lovingly furnished vacation home with exceptional views of the Atlantic Ocean

My lovingly furnished finca, built in the typical Palmero style, sits on a property of just under 5,000 square meters, nestled in the evergreen landscape of the picturesque village of Puntagorda in the northwest of the island at an elevation of approximately 590 meters. My house is not solely a rental property. I also use my house myself during my vacations and have equipped it with everything you need for a relaxing getaway.

The location is ideal for nature lovers, set back from a quiet road with only a few houses in the immediate vicinity.

The center of Puntagorda is just a few minutes’ drive away. Shopping options include three small supermarkets as well as two organic grocery stores with a wide selection and fresh, organically grown fruits and vegetables. There are also several restaurants where you can enjoy excellent meals.

The access road to my house is well-paved and easy to navigate.

The living area is approximately 55 square meters. The following rooms are available:

A spacious living area with an open kitchen (equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, electric stove, and everything you need for cooking and dining). The kitchen, the dining table, and the bed in the bedroom were all crafted by a local German carpenter.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. I brought the comfortable mattresses with me from Germany.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. A washing machine is available for your use in the storage room.

Electric floor heating has been installed in both the living room and the bathroom to keep the rooms warm on colder days. In addition, in the spring of 2023, I fulfilled a dream and had the wonderful master stove builder Friedrich Haas from Pfarrwerfen, Austria, build a fantastic masonry stove in my house. It was an exciting and labor-intensive project, as all the building materials had to be shipped from Austria to La Palma. Now you can enjoy the cozy warmth of a wood-burning stove on colder days.
