Apartments 5 and 6 are duplexes spanning two floors on the upper level. Although the building does not have an elevator, these charming apartments reward you with plenty of space and a cozy, comfortable atmosphere. From the balconies, you can enjoy a beautiful view and the fresh North Sea air.

Each apartment comes with its own parking space right next to the building—so you won’t have to worry about finding a spot.
