Welcome to our newly renovated vacation home, situated in a prime location right on the idyllic Lake Sternberg. Here you’ll find a charming, lovingly furnished retreat that accommodates up to six people across three tastefully decorated rooms.
The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen that flows seamlessly into the cozy living and dining area. The living area is furnished with a comfortable upholstered seating group and a 43-inch 4K smart TV (including Netflix and Disney+). The dining area offers ample space for up to six people and is perfect for sharing meals together. On cool evenings, the wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere.
A highlight of the house is the sauna in the adjacent bathroom, which invites you to relax and recharge. From the large patio window, you can enjoy a unique, soothing view of Lake Sternberg, which makes every stay a special experience.
The patio, complete with a grill and a magnificent panoramic view, invites you to linger and enjoy the moment, offering the perfect backdrop for unforgettable moments.
We look forward to having you “drop anchor” with us and experience the natural idyll and tranquility of Sternberg to the fullest! The town of Sternberg, with its historic downtown, nestles along the shores of the large Lake Sternberg. In the summer, the lake is perfect for bathing, swimming, fishing, and boating. The entire area around Sternberg offers excellent opportunities for relaxation—whether on hikes right along the lake, up to the Upper Lakes, or on bike rides through the rolling countryside. For those who love adventure, a canoe trip through the picturesque Warnow Gorge would be just the thing.
Sternberg is very centrally located, so you can set out from there on many day trips—for example, to the state capital Schwerin, Wismar, Rostock, Güstrow, or the Baltic Sea, etc.
