Residence Seestern WE 20: modern 2-room apartment close to the beach

This beachfront, welcoming, Mediterranean-style 2-room apartment (approx. 54 m²) on the 1st floor offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished.

All floors in this allergy-friendly apartment are tiled in a Mediterranean style.

The vacation apartment sleeps a total of 2 people. For small children, a travel crib (without mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair are available free of charge.

From the entryway, which features a coat rack and wall mirror, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation rental.

The inviting, very spacious, and bright living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, armchairs, and a coffee table; a separate dining table with 4 chairs; a china cabinet; and a sideboard.

From the living room, you have direct access to the sunny balcony (facing south and southwest), which is approximately 7 m² in size and furnished with balcony furniture (table and chairs). Here you can sit back and relax, enjoying the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine in the evening!

For your entertainment, the vacation rental features a modern flat-screen TV (48 inches) and a stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to the Terms and Conditions; no guarantee or liability for any disruptions).

The open kitchen includes a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The bright and spacious bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double box-spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, a bench, a spacious closet, and a luggage rack, and offers direct access to the balcony.

The Mediterranean-style bathroom features a walk-in shower (senior-friendly!), a sink and toilet, a hair dryer, a stool, a towel warmer, and plenty of storage space.

The apartment also has a small storage room.

You can store your jackets and shoes in the coat closet (with a mirror) in the apartment’s entryway.

The wheelchair-accessible elevator provides convenient access to all floors of the apartment complex.

On the first floor of the residential complex, a beautiful sauna facility with a relaxation room is available for a coin-operated fee.

Shared washing machines and dryers are located in the basement of the residential complex and may be used by all guests free of charge.

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment (located approximately 150 m from the residential complex on Hanne-Nüte-Weg); your bicycles can be stored in a separate bicycle storage room within the complex. If you don’t bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your vacation rental.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this allergy-friendly apartment!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony or outdoor area for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A laundry package (complete set of bed linens—the beds will already be made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 2 people.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights, etc.) are only possible after consulting with our staff by phone.
