Maravillosa casa con ocho habitaciones, esta bien equipada casa tiene ocho baños completos, tres medios baños, una piscina privada (se puede calentar por $ 400 adicionales), jacuzzi, elevador y todas las comodidades que puede esperar encontrar en un lujoso océano. alojamiento frontal. Overall the stay was great with fantastic views and spacious rooms for everyone to have their space. Pool & hot tub were great, only thing we would improve on would be the kitchen skillets ( we like to cook) which had outlived their use. Would book again!

Perfect Family Reunion/Vacation Home

We rented this house for a family vacation for 16 adults, 2 babies(1yr olds) and a family dog. I was tasked with a list of requests from family members (house on the beach, pool, elevator, pet friendly, at least one bathtub for bathing kids, etc.) The house was perfect for the size of our family and our needs! The location on the beach (and the views) were beautiful! The house was fully stocked for whatever we needed. We were not sure of the condition of the high chair and pack-n-play provided, but they were perfect and used daily. One of our family members was in a leg cast and the elevator allowed him to come on the trip. The perch (that's what we called it) at the end of the walkway before the stairs to the beach allowed him to enjoy the sun while watching the kids play on the beach. The pool was refreshing and the hot tub was used when the sun went down. We cooked all our meals at the house and the open layout allowed us to spend quality time together. The house is in need of a little TLC (considering the price) but any issues we had were handled immediately (dishwashers did not work but were replaced). We took advantage of the credit for beach chair rentals as well as the discounted golf course rates. It's a bit of a drive from all the activity towards the southern end, but if you're looking to spend quality time together I would recommend this place!

Amazing

What a magnificent house. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Home was clean, so well appointed with everything one could want for a memorable vacation. The views were spectacular. Having the elevator was an added bonus. Plenty of dining seating was available though the upstairs living room area could benefit with more seating for larger parties. The only problem we had was that nobody wanted to leave when the week ended. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful house. Right on beach; ocean was very calm during our week. Only suggestion would be that the glassware could be updated and improved--many of mugs chipped. More dishes perhaps for the number of people house accommodates. All in all, great week!!

Awesome house

This was the perfect house for our family. Unfortunately the silverware amount was not enough for 15 people without washing every time we used it. The pans need updated. They were scratched and Teflon worn off. The elevator was amazing, but both lights were burned out the last day and it was pitch black. Close to everything you need.

Another Great Vacation in the Books!

This was our second time renting the Angler's Inn. The size is perfect for our family. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom which is a huge BONUS. The home is very clean. The kitchen is well outfitted with everything you might need and there are enough dining tables and chairs at the kitchen bar to accomodate any large crowd. Our first time visiting, there was damage to the deck access to the beach, that the owners had since repaired. Couple of things to remind future renters... you need to provide your own disposable items, such as dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels. Not a big deal, just don't forget. Also, the bath linens they provide are a C at best, you may want to bring your own.

Beautiful property right in the beach. Having the heated pool was a vacation-saver as the weather turned a bit cooler the week we rented. We would totally rent this property again - lots of space to spread out and a quiet neighborhood to walk or ride bikes.

Great home, great vacation but 2 rolls of toilet paper, really?

Second time renting this home,last time was 3 yrs ago. Loved the location and good size for our family of 8 adults and 9 children. Enjoyed the views and open living area. Some negatives, cost is high, kitchen needs an upgrade especially at this cost and I know they advised us of supplying 4 rolls of toilet paper as a start but we expected maybe some of the bathrooms would have partial rolls but they were all empty and we only received two rolls for 8 bathrooms. This is a bad first impression after a very long drive.

Beautiful house but…

This house is gorgeous! The views are amazing! Perfect house and location for a lot of family to gather. However, for the amount paid, the owners need to desperately put some of that money back into the house! The beds are awful. Kitchen needs work, the Viking range needs attention. The cleaning of house was not great! Thankfully we paid to check in early, didn't realize I would need the extra time to clean it. Overall, it was a good experience and would do it again but not at that price until things are updated.

Hello, The home is beautiful and, your company and maintenance team were very helpful and friendly. The home it self is beautiful but in need of much repair on the outside ( gates, fences, decking, ect. As well as a new stove top, and dishwasher inside.

Comfortable and Beautiful!

My entire family enjoyed this spacious and lovely home. Right on the beach, it's a logical floor plan with gathering space, comfortable bedrooms and lots of private and extra bathrooms.

Bad weather, dubious service

Management company has decided to replace hot tub when the weather was really cold. They also replace decent hot tub with with inferior one. House is mos def overpriced for level of amenities and services it provides.

Great location with wonderful ocean views. There has been some beach erosion due to spring 2022 winds. A number of homeowners (including this one) have paid to have additional sand bulldozed up against the remaining dunes, which helped. The house is about 1 mile from the wild horse fence - they occasionally manage to "escape" and we get to see them being herded back on the beach to "their" side. Very cool. The house was comfortable, clean, and well laid out for multiple guests/family members. We had a couple of minor issues upon arrival, which were promptly addressed by the management company. Laura was great and very responsive. Suggest a review of the cookware. Most was badly scarred and should to be replaced. We bought a pot and a saute pan to use while we were there and left them for future renters. Thanks for a lovely time!

A fantastic week with just one disappointment

This property lacked very little - location could not have been better and the kitchen was fantastic!!! Plenty of pots, pans, utensils and appliances. It was furnished with very attractive furniture that was very durable as were the floors and floor coverings. Housekeeping and maintenance were very responsive. We were not as happy with Shoreline OBX as a rental agency. The online explanation of the property states that there is a port-a-crib and a high chair. I questioned the realtors about just what was there kid-wise. - port-a-crib(?), any sand toys? Their reply a month before our arrival was that their notes said there were two high chairs and two baby gates….. no pack-n-play, no sand toys…..: We arrived to find a pack-n-play and sand toys!!!! I was not happy that my recently-widowed daughter, a mother of five, went to the trouble of bringing her sand toys and a pack-n-play. They also said that there was absolutely no Keurig coffee maker - there are two. So I did not bring my favorite coffee pods along. I do not think it unreasonable to expect an employee of the realtor to drive to the property to check things out. Ya pay enough for the week(not complaining) - I expect more cooperation from the realtor.

Beautiful home

Great location and beautiful home. Sad to see part of the deck seating washed out due to a previous storm but access stairs were rebuilt. House was clean and ready for us. Only suggestion for the awesome kitchen is time to replace pots and pans as well increase amount of utensils. We had a great time

We loved the house but the damaged walkway to the beach was a real issue. We had no advance knowledge of this situation. We did find that the kitchen was not well equipped. We had no wine glasses or drink glasses. You did respond quickly to our complaint. There were several kitchen implements that were not available and we could not find a dustpan until one of our children found it in a drawer of a chest on the second floor. The house we rented for 15 years (Sea Schack OH19) was much better equipped.

This is a wonderful place to stay. We've enjoyed it two years in a row now. The only disappointment we had was that the stairs to the beach were out this year and we're hoping that they will get them fixed soon so that other guests will be able to get down to the beach without having to go to the public access.

The house was perfect for us, the perfect amount of bedrooms, large kitchen and plenty of bathrooms and an elevator for my mother in law. Could have used some more coffee cups and silverware and more of a "starter kit" then what was provided. (Rolls of toilet paper, paper towels etc ) Overall it was great and accommodated us well

If we could give a higher rating we would! This place is perfectly suited for people with special needs to get to the beach, plenty of open spaces for large groups, and plenty of bathrooms! It's well stocked and the furnishings are family friendly! The pool area being so accessible to the house makes it so inviting to use! The fact that pets are allowed makes it SUPERIOR and they have it set up so well for fur babies to be with you. We want want to come again every year!❤️❤️❤️
