The spacious 32-square-meter living room has plenty of room for two comfortable sofas, an extra-large coffee table, and a TV console with a large HDTV. Adjacent to the living room is the entrance to the balcony, which features a table with two benches. Covered and quiet, you can enjoy the view of the courtyard here in any season.

Parking is available in the nearby Molenfeuer parking garage.
