Vacation apartment 2 - Holiday apartments "Zum Rittergut 17"

Our new vacation rental, with 45 m² of living space, is located on the first floor and can accommodate 1–2 people. The cozy kitchen-living room, complete with a sofa and flat-screen TV, is the perfect place to relax. The fully equipped kitchenette—featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker—has everything you could need. The vacation rental features a separate bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom, complete with a shower, toilet, sink, and towel warmer, rounds out the space. Especially in the summer, you can enjoy relaxing barbecue evenings in our garden. Please note that pets are not allowed. You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking space in front of the house free of charge. Upon request, an additional sleeping arrangement (extra bed) can be provided on the sofa.



Our house, which was completely renovated in 2023, features five cozy and comfortably furnished vacation apartments of various sizes for your vacation in the culturaland wine region of Saale-Unstrut.
In addition to various cultural highlights, the surrounding area offers direct access to hiking and biking trails in the immediate vicinity of the spa town of Bad Kösen.
In December 2023, the vacation apartment was awarded four stars by the German Tourism Association (DTV) based on the quality criteria of the DTV classification.
Our house is situated on a property of approximately 2,700 square meters in an idyllic, nature-rich location in Kreipitzsch, a small community directly above the Saale Valley and Rudelsburg Castle.
We have completely renovated and modernized the property over the past 14 months.
Since the end of November 2023, we have been able to offer our guests five cozy, upscale vacation apartments here, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing stay.
Car parking spaces are available on-site for our guests.
The nearest shopping facilities are 6 km away.



On-site costs: Payment can be made by bank transfer or on-site in cash or by debit/credit card. A 20% deposit is charged after booking. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. A crib can be provided free of charge upon request. The Naumburg city tourist tax of €3.00 per person per night will be charged additionally on site (for guests 16 years and older). For children and teenagers aged 6 to 15, a guest fee of €1.50 per night is charged. The base rate includes towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, parking, and final cleaning.



Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
