Your family-friendly vacation rental invites you to relax in a very quiet setting. The apartment is located in the basement of a two-family home. Enjoy the pleasant coolness on hot summer days and the cozy warmth of the underfloor heating in winter. The apartment features a terrace, and the adjacent garden is perfect for children to play in. Heusweiler is just about a 5-minute drive away. There are a wide variety of shopping options here. Located roughly in the center of the Saarland, the surrounding area offers many destinations for day trips and opportunities for activities such as biking, hiking, and water sports. Lake Bostal and the Losheim Reservoir are about a half-hour drive away.



Apartment, shower, toilet, 2 bedrooms:

Approx. 80 square meters of living space accommodates 1–5 people (6 if necessary). The living room features a large dining table, a sleeper sofa, a TV, and a stereo system. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer), stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, egg cooker, toaster, and coffee maker. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, large mirror, and washing machine. High-speed Wi-Fi and parking are free. Please note that pets are not allowed.




On-site fees: Payment is due on-site in cash or by bank transfer. A deposit of 20% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person or as arranged. Pets are not allowed. Included in the base price (towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, parking, etc.)
