We welcome you to our cozy, newly renovated vacation rental in the Hochwald, where you can leave the stresses of everyday life behind. In Noswendel (Merzig-Wadern, Saarland), our lovingly furnished 76-square-meter vacation rental invites you to rest and relax.
Our town features a small reservoir with a recreation center, two playgrounds, basketball and beach volleyball courts, a wading pool, pedal boats, and dining options by the lake.
From May through September, local clubs sell coffee and homemade cake by the lake every Sunday.
Hikers can enjoy three premium hiking trails in the area, and numerous bike paths are also well-marked. 
Three additional swimming lakes (Bostalsee, Losheimer See, and Keller See) and one reservoir (Nonnweiler See), as well as the Peterberg recreation area with a bowl slide and trampoline, are about a 15-minute drive away.
From spring through fall, numerous cultural events take place locally and in the surrounding area.
Shopping options are available in Wadern, 1.5 km away; bus service is readily available. There is a bakery located 200 m from our property.



Apartment/Vacation Rental, Shower, Toilet:

We rent out our cozy, newly renovated ground-floor vacation apartment (76 square meters), which features 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80 x 2 m, 2 mattresses) and is designed to accommodate up to 4 people. Guests must bring their own bed linens and towels; a crib and high chair are available upon request. Our new kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The living area features a large sofa, TV, table, 4 chairs, and a small reading nook. The bathroom has been newly renovated and features a shower, toilet, and sink.



On-site fees: We therefore require a deposit of 90%, due 14 days after booking, with the balance due 8 days before arrival. Check-in is available at any time; check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Other arrival and departure times are possible upon request. Pets are not allowed. A crib and a high chair can be provided free of charge upon request werden.Im The base price includes bed linens, towels, Wi-Fi, and parking.



Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
