The spacious apartments, which accommodate up to 6 people, feature a cozy loft-style living and dining area: the open-concept living area includes a comfortable sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and a welcoming dining area with plenty of space to gather together. The bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, provide a restful retreat at the end of the day, and the modern bathroom features a relaxing rain shower.
When the weather is nice, the small terrace is a great place to relax. A flat-screen TV in both the living room and bedroom, as well as free Wi-Fi, provide plenty of entertainment even when the weather is bad.

The modern, loft-style apartments range in size from 44 to 70 m² and can accommodate up to 6 people—perfect for a relaxing getaway with family or friends. Simply relax and unwind, or stay active by hiking or biking in the beautiful surroundings.
The Saarschleife Lounge and the spacious rooftop terrace serve as social gathering spots for all guests and offer a beautiful view of Orscholz. Coffee specialties and cold drinks are available 24/7 from the beverage vending machine.
A small wellness area with infrared cabins is available to you free of charge.
One free parking space per apartment is available on the grounds or in the underground garage and is, of course, accessible to guests with disabilities. There are also parking spaces for motorcycles and bicycles, as well as a washing area and an e-bike charging station.
All apartments are accessible and suitable for guests with allergies. Controlled ventilation and underfloor heating ensure a pleasant indoor climate and cozy comfort in every season. A combined heat and power plant and a photovoltaic system provide the complex with sustainable and nearly self-sufficient energy. We ask that you refrain from smoking inside the complex; a smoking lounge is available outdoors. In the basement, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer (coin-operated).

Check-in: 2:00–6:00 p.m., Check-out: by 10:00 a.m. Other times/key pickup (in person or via a key box) by arrangement.Additional Information: Pets allowed upon request (€10.50/night); baby crib available free of charge; one set of towels included; additional towels €8; washing machine/dryer on-site (€2/hour). Visitor’s tax: Plus €2.40 per person/night (ages 18 and up), payable on site.
