This house was exactly what we were looking for and exactly as described - Its precious and we will definitely return here again. Easy to find - Easy to love. The property managers are quick to respond which makes vrbo that much easier knowing you have them if you need them. We had the best time making memories in bimini.

Great place if you love to fish. If you do not have a boat, there is not a lot to do, except walk to the ferry and go to north bimini. We were there to fish so we were happy. That being said, the accommodations were beautiful. The house was clean and extremely well equipped. We lacked for nothing while we were there. The host is straightforward, and helpful to a fault.Would definitely go back!

Cute Place

My husband and I stayed here for a few days, and it fit all of our needs. The house is cute, well equipped, and Netflix/Amazon Prime was nice after a long day of fishing. There’s a grill outside and fresh water at the dock. Jamie and Sherry were very accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Best vacation yet!

The owner was so helpful and responsive! We were completely prepared for any incidentals that weren’t included; however, the home was full of every single amenity (and then some)! The dockage was perfect for our 30ft boat and literally 15 minutes (depending on weather) to get to restaurants and shopping. We just returned home today and already planning our next trip! Hoping to stay in the exact same home! We had the perfect vacation!

Couldn't actually stay in the house.

Jamie's house is very cute, clean and the dock is great. However, we couldn't stay in the house due to the air conditioning being out. Jamie had told us prior that the central AC was broken but a window unit had been installed. We were okay with that however when we arrived and tried the window AC, it too was broken. We called Jamie and he did everything he could to help us, but being in NY and not in Bimini, there was just so much he could do. He has to rely on the help/kindness of his neighbors as there is no property manager if an issue arises. Long story short, after waiting around for a few hours (which was a bummer), the next door neighbor Kenny and Pauline saved the day. They live on the island and rent the 2/2 blue house that shares the dock with Jamie's house. They said we could stay in there for the 4 nights, as they had a last minute cancellation. They didn't even charge us more, just what we paid Jamie even though the house was much bigger. It was amazing! Their house is wonderful, so clean and had everything you could ever need. Plus Kenny and Pauline are there if you need them, which as you can see from our adventure is a huge plus! Overall Jamie's house would have been just fine if in working order, however consider this your cautionary tale, not sure where we would have ended up if Kenny and Pauline hadn't stepped in.

Couples trip

We couldn't have been happier with the home and location. Having the front porch as the dock (or vice versa) was awesome. We enjoyed the south Bimini location. Short boat ride to Honeymoon Harbor and US Sapona. About 5 minutes via boat to North Island. Hosts were very accommodating .when we need to love around dates. Ee hope to come back next year.

Amazing vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent trip to South Bimini. The owners were amazing and very accommodating! Check in was super simple. The house was very clean . AC was ice cold which we very much appreciated coming back from those hot days out in the sun . The beds were extremely comfortable . The adorable house had everything we needed for the week . Thanks for all those extra spices . Also washer and dryer was awesome. There was plenty of hot water !! Also they provide a 5 gallon water cooler . Just go to Blue Water Marina and the water depot is next door . $5 for 5 gallons . Easy breezy ! Loved having the boat 8 steps away from front door . Easy docking and canal plenty deep enough . Just being plenty of bug spray . South Bimini notorious for those pesky mosquitos . Bug spray did the trick no big deal . We loved our trip and will be back again soon. Thanks again for the awesome hospitality !

Great Location!

This place was perfect for our needs. It was conveniently located on the canals and you could walk to the beach in less than 10 minutes. It was a short drive to get fuel at Bimini Sands or on North Bimini. The dock out front was fantastic. Loved being able to literally drive up to the door and unload. The house was a great size for just the 2 of us, but could easily accommodate more with the extra bedding in the front room. The air conditioners worked great. The stackable washer and dryer was an added bonus. We certainly appreciate the owner being so flexible with the schedule. We originally rented for the week and ended up adding a few days. Just a few tips: Bring bug spray. No problem during the day but the bugs really come out at night and they're not shy. We used Avon Skin So Soft with great success (Amazon). The water changes with the tides - dock your boat with that in mind. Do not swim in the canal - there are bull sharks. No joke. Wishlist: a microwave would be a nice addition to the kitchen.

I have been looking for years for a spot that I could just relax and enjoy the water. I've traveled from Honduras to the eastern Caribbean chain looking for a spot to call my own and finally found everything I wanted here.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

South Bimini is unique with the old charm of Bahamas but in fifteen minutes you can be at a casino, swim up bar, or fine restaurant eating sushi. Sport fishing, diving, snorkeling is all within your reach. Unless you just want relax on the porch with a cold beverage watching the fish swim by.
