With an area of 35 m², the apartment offers plenty of space for up to 2 people.

The apartment captivates with its cozy atmosphere. The bright living/sleeping area invites you to relax and is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a smart TV, a double bed (140x200 cm), and a dining area. Access to the bed is limited on one side due to space constraints.

External roller shutters are available to darken the room.
The well-equipped kitchen has everything you could want. Here you’ll find everything you need to prepare your favorite meals—from a dishwasher and a glass-ceramic cooktop to a microwave-oven combo and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. In addition, a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are provided so you can easily prepare your morning coffee or breakfast.

The cozy, south-west-facing balcony is the highlight of the apartment, offering a view of the surrounding area. Sit back, relax on the balcony furniture, and leave your daily routine behind.

The bathroom features a modern shower, a lighted mirror, a sink, and a hair dryer.

A washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) are available for shared use in the basement.

This beautiful apartment complex is located on a quiet residential street in the immediate vicinity of the city center and the spa park. The spa promenade and the beach are just a few minutes’ walk away. Shopping options are also within easy walking distance. There is one parking space for Apartment 5 and a garage for Apartment 8 located behind the building.

You can park your bicycles in the garage courtyard.
