The holiday apartment is situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Maria Alm, surrounded by the impressive mountain scenery of the Steinernes Meer, the Pinzgauer Grasberge, and the Hochkönig massif in beautiful Salzburgland.

In winter, the free ski bus takes you to the popular ski area Hochkönig with approximately 120 km of perfectly groomed slopes in just a few minutes. Other top destinations such as the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn, the Schmittenhöhe, and the glacier ski area Kitzsteinhorn are also easily accessible. For families and beginners, the small, cozy family ski area Hinterreit is even right at your doorstep.

In summer, this is a true paradise for nature lovers and sports enthusiasts, with hundreds of kilometers of hiking and biking trails. For a refreshing experience, there are various swimming pools nearby, such as the Erlebnisbad Sommerstein, the Erlebnisbad Käpt'n Hook in Saalbach-Hinterglemm, and the three beach baths at lake Zeller See in Zell am See.

The center of Saalfelden, with a good selection of shops and restaurants, as well as a public swimming pool, can be reached in less than 10 minutes. The charming city of Salzburg is about a 1.5-hour drive away and is perfect for a day trip!
