This modern holiday apartment offers you a bright combined living and sleeping area with a cozy sofa, a comfortable dining area, and a high-quality box spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m). The separate, newly designed kitchen branches off from the living room. The kitchen has everything you need for your vacation: drip coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, ceramic hob with 4 plates, oven with microwave, and dishwasher. From the balcony, you can enjoy the sun and the view towards the south.

In the hallway, there is a spacious built-in wardrobe and a coat rack. The bathroom has a floor-level shower, and shelves provide sufficient storage space.

Your parking space is right in front of the house. You can store your bicycles in the building's basement.
