Located on the 3rd floor, this new apartment in the “HafenCity Stralsund” building, furnished in an industrial style, offers the ideal starting point for exploring Stralsund and taking day trips to the neighboring island of Rügen.
Park right next door in the convenient parking garage at Fährwall 11, just 20 meters away. (Daily rate: €13 for 24 hours) There are no parking spaces available at the property.

The stylish bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, sink, and toilet, as well as a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror, and is located right next to the bedroom. The bedroom features two dressers and a large clothes rack with enough space for two people’s luggage.
Bedside tables, bedside lamps, and a large TV are provided in the bedroom alongside a comfortable double bed. The kitchen boasts excellent amenities. In addition to a Nespresso capsule machine, oven, dishwasher, 4-burner induction cooktop, and refrigerator with freezer, other small appliances such as a kettle, toaster, and filter coffee maker are also available. Everything you need for a great evening of cooking or a relaxing breakfast before a lovely day trip is provided.

The living room features a sleeper sofa that can be used to accommodate a third and fourth person upon request. A spring mattress ensures a comfortable night’s sleep even when the sofa is converted into a bed in the living room. Books, free internet, a large flat-screen TV, a sofa blanket, and lovely decor ensure a pleasant stay. The beds are made upon arrival for the number of guests booked, and the appropriate number of towel sets are also provided. A basic supply of necessary kitchen utensils is also provided. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all rooms.
