A warm welcome to our Löslerfreud vacation apartments. The Löslerfreud houses are located in Schönau am Königssee, at Löslerstraße 50 and 52, in a beautiful setting in the Oberschönau area with a magnificent view of meadows and mountains. Panoramic Mountain Views Enjoy the view from the apartments’ balconies—a breathtaking panoramic vista stretching from the Kehlstein in the east across the Göll massif to the Jenner, and from the Grünstein in front of the Watzmann all the way to the Hochkalter in the west. Multigenerational Vacations Starting in July, the family-friendly Untersberg and Grünstein apartments will be accessible via an elevator from the underground parking garage and are perfectly suited for multigenerational vacations. The Grünstein apartment is also wheelchair accessible. High-End Amenities The spacious, allergy-friendly, non-smoking apartments feature electric sunshades and insect screens, a safe, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and an underground parking space. Depending on the apartment, they offer space for 2 to 6 people with up to 3 separate bedrooms.
Our 105-square-meter non-smoking vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor (accessible by elevator starting in July 2025). From the furnished south- and east-facing balconies, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the mountains. The spacious, open-concept living-dining room with an integrated kitchen and dining table is the heart of this modern and upscale vacation apartment. Kitchen and Dining Area: The kitchen is equipped with a stove featuring a ceramic cooktop and oven, a sink, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer. Dishes, a Tassimo coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, and microwave are, of course, included. 3 bedrooms: The three separate bedrooms accommodate six guests (2 with double beds and 1 with two single beds). In the wheelchair-accessible bathroom, which features a bathtub, shower, and toilet, we provide a starter kit of toiletries as well as a hair dryer. Included in the price: bed linens, hand towels, bath towels, and dish towels; final cleaning; a parking space in the underground garage; Wi-Fi; and utilities (electricity)—excluding charging costs for electric cars.
From our Löslerfreud homes, it’s just a few minutes’ drive to the area’s most famous attractions, such as the picturesque Königssee, the salt mine, the Jenner Mountain Railway, the Kehlsteinhaus, or the center of Berchtesgaden.
