Para todos nuestros clientes especiales !! Paso dentro y disfrutar de las espectaculares vistas del océano, resacas soleado y hermoso atardeceres y amaneceres.
Esta unidad completamente reformado dispone de todas las comodidades que está buscando. Vistas del Océano Surf y arena desde la sala de estar y dormitorio principal.
El condominio puede alojar cómodamente a 5 personas. El azulejos nuevos, dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size con baño privado con bañera y ducha, TV con DVD y puertas correderas a la terraza de gran tamaño con fantástica vista al mar.
Azulejos nuevos, segundo dormitorio dispone de dos más combo cama de matrimonio y un televisor con DVD para los niños o disfrute de los huéspedes junto con el acceso al segundo baño justo fuera de la sala.
La cocina cuenta con nuevos aparatos para cocinar sus comidas, cafetera nueva Keruig (o un señor Cafetera) para tener su café de la mañana en el balcón panorámico. Nuevo bajo la iluminación del gabinete y la iluminación sobre la superficie de la isla para su disfrute, nuevas encimeras de granito y la pared posterior además de una lavadora y secadora.
Asientos incluye comer en contador de la barra de granito, más la zona de comedor.
La sala de estar de baldosa tiene una gran sección de cuero, sillón reclinable de cuero con televisión otomana, amplio, pantalla plana con DVD para descansar después de un día lleno de acción en la playa, paseo marítimo, karts o jugar al golf en miniatura.
Disfrutar de la hermosa piscina climatizada al aire libre con piscina Kiddie después de un día en la playa.
Cerca de tenis, golf, pesca de cangrejos y la experiencia de la vida silvestre única de potros corrientes libres en Assateaque Bay. el juego de casino se encuentra cerca del océano abajo.
El condominio se encuentra a poca distancia de restaurantes y tiendas. ciudad del océano tiene un excelente sistema de autobuses que puede transportar hacia arriba y abajo de la carretera costera por sólo $ 3. 00 todo el día. parada de autobús está al otro lado de la calle en frente del Royal Farms.

This condo was by far our favorite unit we’ve ever rented in Ocean City over the last 15 years of visiting. It’s beautifully renovated and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need—from a wine fridge to a blender and all the appliances in between. The highlight, though, was the stunning view, especially from the master bedroom—absolutely breathtaking.Working with Randy was effortless. He was quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for our stay. One day, when the AC started to rise slightly, Randy reached out before we even noticed and had a technician at the unit within the hour to resolve it. Truly impressive service!Thank you, Randy and Wanda, for sharing your home with my family. We will 100% be returning. If you’re considering this rental, don’t hesitate—you will NOT be disappointed!

Amazing unit!

The view is absolutely stunning—waking up each morning to a sweeping oceanfront window is truly unforgettable. From the balcony, you’re treated to a gorgeous panoramic view of both the ocean and the bay, perfect for sunrise coffee or evening wind-downs.The unit itself has been thoughtfully and tastefully remodeled, with all the essentials provided to make your stay feel effortless and comfortable. It was spotless upon arrival, with no noticeable odors—just fresh, clean air. The living room offers cozy seating, and the beds are supportive and restful.The location is ideal—close to everything you could need, from dining and shops to the beach.But what truly set this stay apart was the host—by far the most attentive and responsive host we’ve ever had in all our years visiting. They communicated clearly before and after check-in to ensure everything was perfect.Already looking forward to returning next year!

Great Beach Getaway

The week long stay at Randy's property could not have been more enjoyable. The smooth process began within 24 hours of booking the stay. Randy called me (at a time that was convenient for me) to explain the check in process, and to make sure I was aware of some upgrades to the property that did not appear in the listing photos. As a mom of kids, he wanted me to be aware there was no longer a bathtub, among other changes. Things I really enjoyed about the property: *That amazing ocean view upon entering the unit. There's just nothing like looking at water to calm the soul. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks. *The building security was a nice surprise. The access to elevators is restricted after 9 or 10 PM; you must have a key to get to the elevators. I really enjoyed that. *The pool was warm, clean, and inviting. It was a great place to visit after being in the ocean. *The location of the unit is convenient. Randy made me aware of the closest grocery stores, and he was able to provide recommendations for certain types of foods my family was interested in trying. *The unit was well stocked with all equipment needed to prepare most meals "at home". I enjoyed having a crock pot so a meal could cook all day while we were out exploring. The washer and dryer in the unit worked well, wasn't too loud, and was on my "must have" list when looking for condo amenities. I would absolutely stay here again if our family's travels bring us back to Maryland.

Hidden Gem

We have been vacationing in OC MD for over 20 years and by far this has been the best condo we have rented. The owner (Randy) was prompt in assuring that all was in good order and was available for any concerns. This 2 BR 2 Bath condo was tastefully upgraded, and the accommodations were way above our expectations. Add to the fact that the ocean view from the condo is spectacular, there is not a better condo that you could rent.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time! The condo had breathtaking views and it was right on the beach so it wasn’t a hassle trying to lug everything back and forth. The pool was also a nice option for the kids to have. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and you can see dolphins swim by just about daily. Highly recommended!

Great Property!

The condo was ideal for four people. Great location right on the beach (with balcony overlooking it) and plenty of shops/restaurants within walking distance. This property is extremely well maintained and has everything you need for cooking in as well as heading to the beach (chairs, umbrella, coolers of various sizes). All communications are directly with the owner who called before hand to give us information as well as once we arrived to be sure everything was OK. Overall a very good good experience.

Wonderful Property

The owner is a pleasure to deal with and takes very great care of his place and his very attentive to his guests. The condo is clean and well supplied and stocked with most of what you'd need. It has a fantastic view and we enjoyed our trip tremendously thanks to the high quality of the place. We definitely will be back. The owner talked to us several times ahead of the trip to make sure we were well informed of what to expect. After being there for a night he checked in to make sure everything was going well and had a follow-up after the stay to hear about how it went and find out any opportunities to improve. Highly recommend!

Amazing view from an exceptional property!

This condo far exceeded our expectations. Everything in the condo is upgraded and high end. The place was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The views from the living area and master bathroom are unmatched. The owner, Randy was so responsive and kind. He made the process seamless. Our family loved this condo and would reserve again.

Beautiful condo

The condo was absolutely beautiful and updated. The owners checked in to see that we were enjoying our stay. The neighborhood was very quiet and we are on the beach. Fantastic view of the beach as well. Highly recommended!

Amazing location, unbeatable views

We have stayed at this condo one week every year for the past 5 years and it honestly feels like a second home to us. The views are amazing and the location is perfect. It's far enough away from the traffic and noise of the board walk but close enough to go there when you want. There are great restaurants, stores, and activities nearby. The condo itself is meticulously maintained, it seems like the owners make improvements every year. It has always been spotless when we arrive. The owners are so easy to work with and truly want you to enjoy your stay. We would definitely give them a six star rating if we could. The building itself is in great condition and the manager and people who work there are friendly and helpful.

Immaculate, Stylish Condo w/Spectacular View!

This is our fifth or sixth year coming to this condo. As stated in the title, it is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, with all updated furnishings and appliances. It has a gorgeous southwest view of the beach, and you were within steps to the ocean. It also has a very sizable and well kept pool, that we always visit after the beach. The landlords are wonderful, communicative, and very responsive. We would highly recommend this spot to all our friends and family.

Another Great Week!

Wonderful place to stay and vacation in Ocean City

This condominium is wonderful!! Spectacular views and centrally located. We have stayed at other rental properties in the past but after staying here we won't stay anywhere else. Everything is clean, updated and tastefully decorated. It's also fully stocked with many essential and non-essential items making our stay even more enjoyable. Perfect for someone looking for a safe and family friendly location.

Perfect place to stay...

We have been at many places in OCMD, but the Antigua and this unit is by far the best! The owners (Randy & Wanda) are fantastic folks and go above and beyond to exceed your expectations. Fabulous ocean views from the master bedroom, living room, kitchen and balcony. Beautiful decor, kept up to date with yearly improvements, super super super clean unit! Easiest high-rise to access the beach from the unit. Everything you need is there except for your sheets and towels. The moment you walk in, you feel right at home, and at week's end, you don't want to leave. From the decor, to the views, to the cleanliness, to the owner's caring about you as an individual, this is the place to be for a fantastic vacation! Thanks again for everything! Al Worrall

Overall Amazing!

We have stayed at numerous condos at Antigua. This one is by FAR the nicest and cleanest (insanely important to me). Everything has a modern, yet homey feel to it. I just cannot say enough to how lovely it is! This was our second year booking this condo and we plan on going back. The owners are easy to work with due to their accommodating personalities. They were helpful when booking and got back to us promptly each time. Great place!!

ANOTHER GREAT FAMILY VACATION! THIS PLACE IS AWESOME AND MORE UPGRADES ON THE CONDO AGAIN. OUR FAMILY LOVES THIS CONDO AND AFTER OUR CHILDREN GET OLDER AND DO THEIR OWN THING MY WIFE AND I ARE STILL COMING HERE. WE COULD STARE AT THE OCEAN ALL DAY AND NIGHT FROM THE BALCONY WHAT A VIEW. Finally found the perfect condo for us after 12 years!

We have been hopping around OCMD for the past 12 years trying to find the perfect place and this is it. The Antigua is the perfect location if you love the beach like we do. Its only footsteps away and is never busy. My kids also loved the pool, its a nice size and the water is always warm. The condo is perfect and is fully updated, you cannot ask for more. We had never rented from VRBO before and to be honest we were very hesitant. Randy put my mind at ease from the first time we spoke and was an absolute pleasure to deal with the entire time. We just got home yesterday and are already looking forward to returning again next year!

Fabulous week at the beach!

Our family had a wonderful week vacationing at this beautiful oceanfront condo. Randy, the owner was great to work with and quickly responded to any questions we had. The condo was super clean and very tastefully decorated and updated throughout. The view of the ocean is absolutely amazing from the balcony and master bedroom. Everything you need is there: beach chairs, umbrella, and anything you can imagine for cooking. Just don't forget your sheets and towels! Being only a few steps to the beach and pool was very convenient for our 2 kids (1 and 6). We never really had to wait long for an elevator and never had trouble finding a parking spot in the lot. Thanks again Randy - we had a great week and definitely made wonderful family memories!
