OCEANFRONT at DIAMOND HEAD, WHAT A VIEW!!

This ocean front condo located within the Diamond Head community has a perfect view of the beach, waves and marine life passing by. The 2nd floor unit is located in Ocean City Mid-Town on 80th St. and prides itself on being a family friendly bldg. If you want to get away from the crowds enjoying the famous Ocean City Boardwalk, but you still want to be close enough to access the boardwalk, Midtown Ocean City is for you.

You are just a few steps from the beach and have the option to enjoy the outdoor pool from late May to mid September.

Our Condo sleeps 7: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Twin and 1 Queen Sleep sofa, washer/dryer, cable, internet, full kitchen and pool. We have 2 free dedicated parking spaces (not side by side) and there is a handicap ramp from parking lot to 1st floor elevator.

***Guests should plan to bring or rent their own bedding, bath towels, beach towels, soaps, and paper products. We will provide a starter kit with one roll of paper towels and two rolls of toilet paper for each stay.***

In the kitchen, you will have have all the needed cookware, appliances (ice maker, coffee and Keurig, toaster oven etc) plates and utensils for nights where you want to stay in. Alternatively, we are conveniently located with many restaurants, carry outs, donut shops, grocery stores, convenience stores, gas stations, etc. nearby.

There are TVs in the main living area and in both bedrooms which are connected to Xfinity cable and along with access to popular streaming accounts.

NO PETS ALLOWED- an HOA rule. This is a NON SMOKING unit!

Minimum age is 25 to rent, NO HIGH SCHOOL BEACH WEEK or COLLEGE STUDENTS. The person making the reservation must be staying at the property. Third-party bookings are not allowed.
We have a Ring door bell on our front door pointing outside into the hallway/common area.
