Conveniently located between the Olympic Park and the Olympic Shopping Center, this cozy, warmly furnished loft accommodates up to 6 guests and offers the following amenities:

Our penthouse, located right near the Olympiaeinkaufszentrum and the Olympiapark, has been completely redesigned and awaits you with high-quality amenities.
Start your day with a hot cup of coffee or tea, which you can enjoy in our comfortable, cozy armchair next to the entrance to the rooftop terrace. Feel right at home in our new, cozy, and exceptionally spacious loft. The penthouse has everything you need for a great trip to Munich. It’s cozy and warm, with very stylish furnishings. The modern yet cozy design invites you to unwind and relax after a busy day packed with activities.

You can easily reach the penthouse on the 2nd floor via the spacious, inviting staircase. Upon opening the front door, you’ll enter the entryway with a guest restroom and coat closet to your left. To your right is the first bedroom.

The first bedroom features a cozy queen-size box-spring bed (160 cm × 200 cm) and an open closet where you can store your clothes and accessories. You can darken the bedroom as needed with an exterior blind and curtains, so you can sleep in a little longer in the morning. When you slide the curtains aside, you’ll see a beautiful maple tree, other plants, and the comfortable outdoor lounge on the terrace. The large sliding glass door gives you access to the rooftop terrace.

Continuing straight ahead from the entryway, you’ll enter the impressive, spacious living and dining area with ceiling heights of up to 4.4 m, beautiful arched windows, and access to the kitchen and rooftop terrace. With the wide variety of lamps and lighting options, you can customize the lighting to suit your wishes and preferences.

In the living area, you’ll find a stylish, cozy corner sofa, a very comfortable armchair, and a large 75-inch smart TV with Netflix access. Two additional guests can stay here if needed. The pull-out sofa bed can easily be converted into a comfortable bed with its own mattress, measuring 160 cm × 200 cm.
From the living area, you can access the 60-square-meter south-facing rooftop terrace right in the middle. The terrace features many plants and two trees, which create a very cozy and pleasant atmosphere. In the center of the rooftop garden is a small sun deck. There, two sun loungers invite you to soak up the Munich summer sun. If needed, a third lounger is available in the storage room (where you’ll also find all the cushions and the umbrellas). On the right side of the rooftop terrace, there’s a cozy lounge area set up for relaxing. Opposite it, on the left side, there’s a 3-meter-long dining table for enjoying evenings together under the open sky.
Right next to the living area is the dining area, which is also very spacious and comfortably furnished. You can gather around the 2.8-meter-long solid wood dining table to eat, drink, and enjoy each other’s company. It’s perfect for a long, fun, and cheerful evening.

The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with basic cooking ingredients such as salt, pepper, and oil. There’s a dishwasher, a large induction cooktop, an oven, and a large refrigerator. Ample dishes, silverware, pots, and pans, as well as sharp knives, are also provided.
The two comfortable bar stools in front of the kitchen island invite you to linger or engage in lively conversation with the cook over a glass of wine.
However, you’ll also find many restaurants and bars in the area where you can treat yourself to culinary delights.

From the hallway behind the living/dining area, turn right to enter the second bedroom. It features a cozy king-size upholstered bed (180 cm × 200 cm) and an open closet, offering you plenty of comfort to unwind after a long day in Munich. You can also completely darken the second bedroom as needed using an exterior blind and curtains. Through the large sliding glass door, which gives you access to the rooftop garden, you’ll catch a glimpse of a beautiful amber tree and the outdoor dining area.
The second bedroom also features a workspace with a small desk. Here, you
