The apartments on Komuny Paryskiej Street are located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood of Karpacz, near a coniferous forest. The complex offers a stunning view of Śnieżka—the highest peak in the Karkonosze Mountains. This is an ideal place for people seeking peace and quiet. The proximity to nature allows you to relax and unwind. The vacation homes are spaced far apart, ensuring privacy for our guests.

Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and a fireplace (wood is not provided).

The resort grounds are fenced and completely safe.

There is a playground for children.

Dogs are welcome in select apartments. The surcharge for bringing a pet is 100 PLN (one-time fee). Arrival with a dog must be confirmed in advance with the staff at the local office in Karpacz.

Each apartment has an assigned parking space (additional fee applies).

The apartments are equipped with clean bed linens and towels.

You can rent a high chair and a baby bathtub free of charge. For an additional fee (50 PLN for the entire stay), we provide a travel crib.

Dogs are allowed in the selected apartments. The additional cost for staying with a four-legged friend is 100 PLN (one-time fee). We ask guests planning to stay with a dog to contact our local office in advance.

The tourist tax is not included in the price. It must be paid in cash at the local office on the day of check-in.

A refundable security deposit of PLN 300 will be collected on site.

To check in before arrival, you must complete online formalities, such as: Signing an internal rental agreement, paying the remaining rental balance (if only a portion has been paid), the cleaning fee, security deposit, and tourist tax, etc., as well as any additional fees selected by the guest (e.g., parking for stays with a dog).

At select properties, you can access the apartment using a code at the door or a key dispenser. The code will be provided on the day of check-in after the formalities have been completed. You will receive information about key pickup a few days before your arrival. If key pickup takes place at the local office, please contact us by phone to arrange the key pickup (at least 24 hours before your arrival).
