Holiday feeling guaranteed! In this house you will find everything you need to relax and unwind in the healthy North Sea air.

Come inside and the first door leads to the 1st bedroom with a bunk bed 2 x 90 x 200 cm with wardrobe. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed. Opposite is the bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. Walk a few steps further and you are in the modern furnished living/dining room.

The well-equipped kitchen offers everything to prepare a delicious meal yourself. Playing a game together at the dining table is also particularly fun. On the leather sofa you will find plenty of space to sit comfortably together.

From the living room you can walk straight outside where you can take a seat in the comfortable seating area or at the dining table under the covered veranda. In the south-facing garden with wooden fence and garden house, you will find your well-deserved rest and relaxation on the garden chairs. The garden is completely fenced and closed with a gate.

A washing machine is available in the house. The car can be parked approx. 90 meters from the house.

If your travel group is not a family, all fellow travelers must be at least 25 years old. Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation. The house can also only be rented/booked for tourist and/or recreational purposes.
