The living room opens onto 2 terraces, one of which has an outdoor kitchen (refrigerator, Napoleon grill, and coffee maker). This terrace is covered.
The second terrace offers a fantastic view for your sundowner.
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, gas stove, and coffee maker.

The refrigerator is an XXL model with a freezer compartment. An equally large refrigerator is located in the garage as a backup.
The pool area includes a large patio with 2 hanging swings and a large box for the cushions.
The pool cleaner keeps the pool clean.
There are plenty of seating areas and pillows to make you feel right at home.
Parking is available on the property (2–3 cars).
The pool (4x8m) has a lockable gate, which should always be kept closed, especially when small children are present.
The house is located on a very quiet, private street. It’s a dead-end street.

The beach at Le Barcarès is about a 30-minute drive away.
Hiking, rock climbing, bike tours, wine testings, and excursions to the salt flats or oyster beds are highly recommended. Collioure, Barcelona, and Carcassonne are easily accessible for day trips.
Narbonne and Gruisson are highlights and definitely worth a visit.
