New BMI Rental Villa Sunset Key 4 Bedroom Gulf access home with Pool and Jacuzzi

The Villa Sunset Key is in a beautiful central location in the city of Cape Coral, close to all amenities, shops and all your favorite restaurants.The pool area faces west. Beautifully and modern furnished and fully equipped with everything, this Villa will make your vacation a wonderful experience. The large living room is adjacent to a reading corner, as well as the dining room and a comfortably equipped open American kitchen. On the right side of the house you will find the master bedroom with adjoining bathroom and a small guest room. Two further guest rooms are on the left side of the house with the guest bathroom which has direct access to the pool area. From the living room and the master bedroom you have a beautiful view of the pool deck and the water with the private boat dock and the tiki hut, which creates a tropical atmosphere. The outdoor area is also very nicely equipped with a seating area for relaxing, including a TV, sun loungers, a dining area and a hot tub. Outside the screen, a small seating area with an open fireplace invites you to dream. When you return to your own dock in the evening from your boat tour, enjoy a good steak from the grill and one of Florida's spectacular sunsets, which will makes you forget about the world. We welcome you with a starter kit: one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a kitchen roll, a small hand soap in each bathroom, a small disinfectant, dishwashing liquid and some dishwashing tabs, fresh dishcloths and brushes and enough tea towels.
The rent is valid for an occupancy of up to 4 people. Each additional person will be charged at the displayed price. Children up to 3 years are free.
We charge $0.16 + tax per kilowatt hour for electricity costs. The units are determined on arrival and departure by photo of the electricity meter.
If you are not present at the agreed check-in or check-out time without cancelling, we have to charge $50 for our additional work time.
For insurance reasons we do not rent boats, bikes or kayaks. However, there are numerous rental options. Our on-site team is happy to help.
