Lovely Vacation Home in the sought-after and very centrally located SE Cape Coral Palaco Grande neighborhood with only a short drive to Fort Myers.

Enjoy the sun with Western exposure! Located on a Gulf Access Canal, only minutes from the Caloosahatchee River. It is within walking distance of bars and restaurants and only a 2-mile drive to stores, fitness center, bowling & more restaurants and bars, and less than 5-miles to the Yacht Club Beach with fishing peer and 'Boat House Tiki Bar & Grill'. The gorgeous Pool, with an integrated Hot Tub, is electrically heated. The lanai has it all – Gas Grill, cozy Dining, and lovely Sunbeds. Sitting on the Dock - fishing, relaxing, and watching nature and sunsets - lets you wish the vacation never ends. The modern, fully equipped Home includes a 65" TV and upgraded cable package (ESPN, FOX Sports, NBC Sports, etc.), 150 Mbps High-Speed Internet, new Appliances, and Granite Counters to ensure luxurious inside living, with breathtaking views of the Lanai, Pool and Canal.

A car is recommended for most of the activities listed in the area.

IMPORTANT: Children must be supervised at all times and may NEVER be near the pool or canal alone. There are stairs, a balcony and a 'loft area' upstairs that is NOT fenced (there is a railing only). Children MUST be supervised at all times.

Great Stay

Large House with great pool and large hot tub!

House met all our needs especially the pool and hot tube. Convenient location to food shopping, restaurants. Angi, the property manager, was always available to assist in our check in/out and any questions about the property.

Great location, beautiful home

Stayed here for a family event and our adult kids and grandkids loved this place and the amenities and features. The home is beautifully kept and very comfortable. The lack of a downstairs MBR could be a challenge for the elderly or disabled but otherwsie a great place to stay.

The best house we ever rented

This is one of the best house we ever stayed in . Right on water , we caught some crabs and fish in the back yard . House was clean , spa and pool are very nice , the host are very nice and responsive . We will come back next year and year after. Thank you for having us .

Beautiful property

We stayed here for a week over Spring Break. The home was very clean and spacious, which is our number one priority. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Any questions and issues that we encountered were handled immediately by Angela, the property manager. She went above and beyond in communicating with us and making sure we had a wonderful stay.

Lots of room great location kids loved it!!!

Would recommend without question, only thing is you do get charged for using the air conditioning over 50 dollars of use. Just a heads up calculate at least 100 extra bucks if you want to stay cool!!!

As advertised - a great house and host

Except for having to pay based on the number of people staying at this rental - the property was exactly as advertised , and would highly recommend. The host was excellent - the best I’ve had the pleasure to deal with. I would encourage the owner to state in the listing - the rate depends on # of renters.

You were truly wonderful guests! :) We would only like to clarify for future guests that there is no additional charge as long as the total number of guests is entered at the time of booking. VRBO automatically updates the price accordingly and shows the total amount due. We have set it up like this to be able to offer the house to smaller groups at a lower price. (There is no extra cost for the first 2 guests.)

The house is very spacious, nice kitchen area and TV viewing. All the bedrooms are upstairs, and the stairs might be challenging for some. The master bedroom was very spacious including a huge bathroom with walk-in shower and tub. Very nice. It also has a screened in balcony with comfortable seating. We really loved the pool and spa. The neighborhood is nice for morning walks, including seeing several burrowing owls in the area. Fins is a fun local bar within walking distance that features live music in a covered outdoor environment.

Absolutely enjoyed our 10 night stay at Villa Coconut! The house was beautiful! Perfectly clean when we checked in, beds were comfortable, beautiful modern furnishings, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors, and perfectly stocked with the essentials. The heated pool and hot tub with a beautiful view of the canal made for the perfect vacation. The property manager was wonderful to work with too. She let us check in early and was available if we had any issues. Most importantly, we were able to include our two dogs on this vacation since the property was dog friendly. I will definitely stay here again on future trips to Florida.

Our vacation at this home was wonderful! The kids loved the pool, the house was well stocked with plenty of space and Angie, the property manager, was extremely responsive to all of our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Property, Greater Host

We stayed a full month at this wonderful home, our second time back. The family loved the open kitchen, dining, and living area, and most of all loved the heated pool and spa. This property was only surpassed by Angelika, the property host. She took great care of us, and kept the pool in spectacular condition. We hope to be back to this property again.

Fabulous Thanksgiving Week!

We stayed at Villa Erika for the Thanksgiving holiday week, and it was absolutely perfect for our family! Our daughter, son-in-law, and grandkids live in Cape Coral, and the house allowed us all to have a place to gather without crowding them, as well. The house is perfect, we definitely were able to unwind and relax during our stay. The hot tub is HOT, which has been one thing that we had issues with at other places, and the pool temp. is perfect. The house was spotless when we arrived. Angelika was great, and super responsive to our needs before and during our stay. We can't wait to do it again next year!
