Espaciosa y luminosa casa de dos pisos (casa de 2,500 pies cuadrados) con espacio suficiente para una familia y amigos, puede alojar cómodamente a 8 personas. La casa tiene cuatro dormitorios y tres baños. Una amplia sala de estar.

La casa está diseñada profesionalmente, con un plan de piso abierto que proporciona un flujo cómodo entre la sala de estar, comedor, y cocina totalmente equipada con un rincón de desayuno con capacidad para 4. La mesa de comedor tiene capacidad para 6.

El amplio dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y un gran baño con ducha y bañera de hidromasaje y ventanas con vista al lago.
También se encuentra encima de las escaleras es un segundo baño con ducha y hay tres habitaciones con encanto. Un dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales, Los otros dos dormitorios tienen una cama doble en cada habitación.

En el patio trasero hay un patio de la piscina de natación elevada con vistas a un lago tranquilo, ideal para que los niños jueguen. El patio trasero está equipado con muebles de exterior, barbacoa, etc, proporcionando otro hermoso espacio para los amigos y familiares para disfrutar de una comida, una copa de vino, un libro, una puesta de sol, o una conversación.

Ofrecemos ropa de cama, lavandería, DVD, Wi-Fi, equipos de picnic, y un montón de otros recursos para que su estancia en mi casa del lago de la Florida libre de problemas y la diversión!

Comfortable, good location, responsive manager/owner

Enjoyed our stay by the lake. The property is in a pleasant, family-oriented neighborhood. The house is spacious and comfortable. The owner was responsive to an appliance problem-related to the need for some general updating and maintenance. Probably the best feature is its excellent location close to beaches, the Keys, and Everglades National Park. Overall, it is a good value.

Great house, perfect location for our trip

This house is beautiful and very clean. It is conveniently located between Miami and Key Largo and Everglades National Park. We did day trips to all three and it was nice to come home to a spacious home and comfortable beds. We didn't cook much but the kitchen was well equipped for what we needed. My husband and son enjoyed taking a dip in the pool. We felt safe in this neighborhood and Publix and CVS were just down the street. The owner was responsive and very helpful.

We had a great stay! 5 stars, highly recommended.

we had a great time, the house is very well kept and in a great location, when we arrived the house was very clean, it came fully furnished and had everything we needed for our 10 day stay (other than food) and there is a huge Publix grocery store a few blocks away, and there is a kmart, post office, banks and a liquor store within 5 mins drive or less. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and we stayed 10 days before heading out to the Orlando theme parks, the house was perfect! This was our second year coming down to Miami/Orlando and this actually ended saving us money over the hotel option we had done the previous year, we were able to make our own meals like we do at home instead of eating out most of the time. Thanks for a great vacation!

Good house for family vacation.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was spacious and clean. The pool was nice and the view overlooking the lake was pretty. It was close to the highway so it was easy to get anywhere we wanted. Only 40 min to Miami or Key Largo. We had four small issues while there: 1) we had to unplug the washer to reset it each time we wanted to use it otherwise it wouldn’t start the cycle. 2) the dryer took a cycle and a half to dry our clothes even on high heat and 3) the closet labeled “pool towels” only had one towel in it. We assumed pool/beach towels would be provided since the listing included linens. There were plenty of bath and hand towels, wash clothes, bed linens and dish towels. 4) Friday night the neighbors had a gathering that was quite loud and lasted until almost 2:30 in the morning. Like I said the issues we had were small and it was an overall good house for the money.

We were seeking a clean, comfortable home very near Homestead Miami International Raceway. This home met our needs very well....just a quick 15 to 20 minutes to the track. We found our host to be very responsive and hospitable.

Beautiful Lake house

Well maintained, clean, spacious. Easy access to main highways. We visited the Keys while here. Traffic is a nightmare but manageable with patience.

Great place for Families

Overall we had a wonderful stay at the lake house our kids loved the pool in the backyard and the overall space. Only thing I would say is that the table in the breakfast nook needs updating the legs on the chairs are very loose and we’re afraid to sit on them. The grass was really long in the backyard and it seems like garbage was left from the previous guest that stayed there. Again overall great place and neighborhood just needs a little updating.

Loved the location and people were nice.

We loved the stay. Great location. Only suggestion to get new table and chairs in kitchen area. They were all about to fall apart. Also new couch in TV room.

NICE SPOT-ROOMY HOUSE

We rented The Lake House to visit my Dad who lives nearby and can highly recommend it. Very roomy house with a nice back patio overlooking the lake that backs up to the house.

Home away from home

The property was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and all of the family had a pleasant time. Convenient to all the destinations we visited during our time in Florida. Would recommend this to any family with children.

Nice house, poorly maintained, dirty, and management is unresponsive!

Owner is extremely unresponsive. We encountered dirty, stained carpeting. Carpeting had not been vacuumed prior to our arrival. Area rugs were dirty, frayed and had holes. We lived with dirty carpets for our 7 day vacation. The pool was dirty, even though the owner told us it was clean. The outdoor furniture was ripped and damaged from the sun. One seat completely ripped and almost landed one of us on the ground. A closet door was off track and leaning into the closet. Several kitchen cabinet doors were hanging by only one hinge, which I fixed so they did not fall off as we would have been charged with damage. The garbage disposal was broken, two of the pieces were on the counter and there was a hand written note placed in the sink telling us to not use it. The note looked like it had been there for a while. There were ants on the counters and floor of the kitchen. Luckily there was a can of ant and roach spray in the pantry. Provided towels were thin, had holes and nothing matched. There were no hand towels or washcloths. We were told the WiFi was spotty. We had WiFi for a total of 1.5 days, the rest of our stay we had none. Perhaps we used to much data and we were shut out???? Owner told us it must be our phones. We had 2 iPhones and 2 Android phones. Could all 4 be the problem?? The master bedroom mattress had a board between the box spring and mattress in an attempt to make a worn out mattress “useable”. There was BLACK MOLD in the master shower. Several rooms had storm shutters that had not been opened giving those rooms a tomb like appearance, not the bright Florida sunshine people go on vacation to see. Each time the owner was contacted she had many “excuses” to offer but nothing to rectify any of our concerns. This was not a cheap, economy rental. When charging top dollar, renters expect a higher standard. We left the house in better shape than we found it. Still waiting for our cleaning deposit back. We were extremely disappointed.

Very good place, comfortable and quiet

My only displeasure with this rental is the lack of TV channels, evenings there was very little to watch on the television. The TV's are all very small, I have less than perfect vision, so difficult to see any detail on the screen. There apparently is no downstairs bedroom, available, which would have been nice, I have a bad back and difficulty going up and down stairs too many times. Home was very clean, all the necessities, one would need to cook, etc. Nice neighborhood, easy to find and to get in and out of. Overall I would recommend this to anyone coming to south FL for a vacation or business. Easy access to the highways. Shopping close by.

More than what i expected/ great service

I absolutely loved this home!!! It made my family feel comfortable and was close to where we needed to go. We had an incident and the owner was more than understanding and helpful. I can't wait to rent again in the future.

Great for Family Get Togethers!

This spacious home was the perfect spot for our family. The home is very well appointed. Unlike other options, what I liked about this home is that there were plenty of comfortable sleeping spots and restrooms for our big group. It’s typical to see the max sleeping options to involve some combination of beds, sofa beds and futons; but in this home, the 8 get to sleep in actual beds. I also thought it was very reasonably priced for the value (4 bedrooms for $200?! BARGAIN!). If you are looking for a care free and affordable spot for your next group gathering, this is most definitely the spot for you.

CLEAN AND VERY AFFORDABLE VACATION RENTAL

This home was just as advertised and very clean which was very important to our group as well as affordable for our family reunion vacation. The home was ideal for the different ages in people with a bedroom/bathroom on the first floor for our grandparents and a nice pool/outdoor area for the kids. We were able to use the large kitchen to prepare our meals, the formal dining table and kitchen breakfast table were enough to accommodate dinners. We day trips to the Miami Beach and the Florida Keys (recommended by owners) which worked out great as far as getting there, enjoying the sites and getting back the same day. An everglades air boat trip is also a must. All in all the experience was great and we are already planning another visit!

wonderful location and comfortable home!

My family and I rented this vacation home and it was perfect for our stay. There were enough rooms for everyone and the pool in front of the lake was perfect! We enjoyed BBQing and hanging out in the back yard when we were home and the location could not have been better for planning fun trips! Being right in the middle between Miami and the Keys was ideal because it allowed us to enjoy both of Florida's major attractions without having to drive hours from one hot spot to the other. We had been to FL before but made the mistake of staying in downtown Miami, after booking our hotel we noticed the distance to the Florida Keys and were forced to leave that visit for another time. Staying in the middle allowed for restful nights and a visit to both Miami proper as well as the keys (on different days of course). I would recommend home to my friends and family as well as future travelers wanted to experience the many difference experiences South Florida has to offer. Homestead is a great location for experiencing the everglades too, don't miss the boat trip to see the alligators! See you next time!
