Apartment 4: Located on the first floor, Apartment 4 measures 56 m² and accommodates up to 5 people. The apartment has level-access entry, directly across from the main entrance of the apartment building.

Apartment 4: The large entryway, featuring a coat rack, mirror, dresser, and plenty of space for suitcases, strollers, walkers, or wheelchairs, divides the apartment into its various rooms. Bedroom 1: The south-facing bedroom, featuring a large window and access to the terrace, is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm), a flat-screen TV, and a desk. The dresser and coat rack provide plenty of space for your luggage. Bedroom 2: The second bedroom, facing west and featuring a French balcony, is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a flat-screen TV. It also includes a large closet for plenty of luggage. The spacious living-dining area offers plenty of room for the whole family. A sleeper sofa, right by the window, invites you to read or relax while watching the flat-screen TV across from it. The large dining area, right next to the kitchen, offers plenty of space for shared meals, games, or work. From here, a sliding door leads out to the large, covered terrace, which is perfect for relaxing—especially during the summer months. Through the collaboration of several architects, we have created an innovative townhouse that is perfectly tailored to the needs of vacationers and business travelers. All apartments offer the comfort of a hotel combined with the spaciousness of a vacation rental.


To offer our guests from all over the world the greatest possible comfort, every apartment is accessible via elevator and is barrier-free. This ensures the highest level of comfort even for families with strollers, seniors using walking aids, or wheelchair users.



All apartments are equipped with comfortable double and/or single beds, a desk, Wi-Fi and Ethernet connections, as well as flat-screen TVs.



Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 01:00 to 10:00.
