This 2-room vacation apartment (Apartment 12) is located on the first floor of the Bellevue Residence in 17454 Zinnowitz, Heimweg 8, and offers beautiful views of the surrounding area and countryside, including the forest and the Achterwasser.

In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the Baltic Sea with its magnificent sandy beach or the town center of Zinnowitz.

We ask for your cooperation in conserving energy (heating, electricity, water) to protect the climate and conserve resources.

Vacation apartment (No. 12) for up to 4 people (approx. 56 m²) on the 1st floor with a living and dining room featuring an open kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and 1 covered balcony.





• Guests may use the DSL Internet access via Wi-Fi free of charge. This is a voluntary additional service on our part and therefore not a feature of the vacation rental guaranteed under travel law. Consequently, a rent reduction cannot be claimed in the event of a failure of the system or parts thereof, or even of a router.

• Children’s playground on the residential complex’s property.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

• High chair available.

• Charging batteries (e.g., for electric bicycles) is permitted only under constant supervision and in the presence of an adult (fire and explosion hazard)

• 1 parking space for 1 car (No. 12) in the residential complex’s underground parking garage.



Vacation apartment No. 12 was renovated in 2020. The furnishings have been continuously updated since then and include the following.



• Living and dining room furnished with a high-quality, comfortable sleeper sofa (sleeping surface 1.60 x 2.00 cm), a modern armchair, a coffee table, a dresser, a dining table with four chairs, and a tall cabinet.

• Flat-screen satellite TV, DVD player, and stereo system.

• Covered and wind-protected sun balcony (southeast-facing) with a table and four chairs, as well as a lounge chair and a parasol.

• Bedroom with a double bed (sleeping area 1.80 x 2.00 cm), a wardrobe, two nightstands with bedside lamps, two stools, two coat racks, and a large mirror.

• Kitchen (with a small seating area), dishwasher, electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, espresso pod machine, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, as well as a kettle and a toaster.

• Bathroom (renovated) with a large walk-in shower, a sink, a mirror, a makeup mirror, and a toilet.

• The hallway is equipped with a coat rack, a mirror, and a shelf.

• The living room and bedroom have laminate flooring, while the bathroom, kitchen area, and hallway have tile flooring.

• Free shared Wi-Fi.

• High chair.

• 1 parking space for 1 car (No. 12) in the residential complex’s underground garage.
