Esta espaciosa unidad penthouse de 2500 pies cuadrados consta de una gran cocina, comedor y sala de estar, 3 dormitorios más una habitación familiar / dormitorio (cada uno con baño en suite), así como un tocador (para un total de 3 1 / 2 baños). Hay 2100 pies cuadrados adicionales de espacio privado al aire libre que consta de 3 balcones y una gran terraza en la azotea. Se pueden ver vistas panorámicas del Mar de Cortés desde todos los balcones y la cubierta, así como desde la mayoría de las habitaciones. The location was incredible. Sitting on the huge lanai looking out at the beach and ocean was so relaxing. We didn't have to drive anywhere for everyone in our party of 7 to have a good time either walking the beach, boogie boarding, surfing, playing in the pool, or relaxing on the porch with a good book. We highly recommend the surfing school next door, and Pescadito Breaks, the restaurant next to Zippers. The condo was well appointed and comfortable and roomy enough for all of us. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We definitely will stay here again!

This is a beautiful condo with an amazing view. The property itself is lovely and the owner is attentive. But condo owners are allowed to do construction during the summer months, which I was told might be a possibility, but could not imagine. We endured four days of incessant pounding, drilling, and crashes for 8 hours a day. We had to yell to hear each other other. We could not stay in the unit during the workday. We could not rest or nap. I cannot recommend visiting this property when construction might be happening. Be sure to ask first, and/or avoid the month of August. It was hellish, and no compensation was offered.

Not as good as we expected

Size was great for 7. views, ocean, pool great. Location right off the hwy, not so great. Walking to places not good as no sidewalks or close to really fast traffic. Gate guards very friendly. Condo was mostly clean, except floors, not well swept or mopped, our feet became very dirty quickly. Beds had very firm mattresses, I was comfortable, but too firm for some of us. Dressers were not very easy to open drawers. We mostly had what we needed in the kitchen, knives were pretty dull, grill outside was great, plenty of propane, fridge and freezer held everything we had, even the fish that was caught. Common area seats not too comfortable, outside ones on large balcony were a little more comfortable. Water pressure was turned off from 8 pm to 7am everyday, not allowing all of us to take showers at night or wash our dinner dishes or clothes. Most of the sliding doors did not lock, and not enough poles to drop in tracks to secure the condo. Screens did not close in one bedroom, and were torn in sm bathroom windows. We had issues with the electricity in 2 bedrooms and 1 bath cutting off a couple nights, had to wiggle the breaker to turn back on. 1 stove burner ‘on’ light was always on, as was the fan and 3 of the hot surface lights. The knob for the left front burner was accidentally brushed by two people twice turning the burner on high, coming close to causing burns. 2 shower heads had water spraying out the sides. Overall the condo is little worn and needs a little more TLC.

Las Olas Penthouse

We booked the Las Olas Penthouse for week 2 of our 2 week stay in Cabo for our sons wedding. There was 13 of us that stayed longer after the wedding so we actually booked 3 units in the Las Olas complex. This was very convenient for everyone. The newlyweds had their privacy and we all were able to stay at one of our favorite surf locations. The Penthouse was a great space for 8 of us. Stephany (the owner) was awesome to deal with, very responsive and accomodating. Jerry, the onsite security guard was super friendly and helpful. We were fortunate enough to be at Las Olas during the Hurricane and other than some water leaking in (It was a Hurricane) everything held up fine. The electricity/internet stayed on the whole time as well (except for the elevator gets shut down during hurricanes - so you need to be able to climb 6 floors of stairs). Elvira (Local assitant to Stephany and housekeeper) was super friendly and helpfull. They had the hurricane screens up in plenty of time. You can’t beat the location of Las Olas (especially if you surf) and the Penthouse accentuates the location with amazing views from 3 amazing patios. Beds are firm so be aware. Maybe a mattress topper from Costco or ? could be a great addition. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Las Olas

We had a great experience at this Las Olas condo…it was enormous! Our family of four had more than enough space to stretch out and relax. The ocean was great for boogie boarding, and my children enjoyed watching the surfers! We were told no children were allowed in the hot tub, which we complied with, but we saw kids in the hot tub constantly. We would certainly return to this property in the future.

Great place to stay right on the beach

We spent a week at Las Olas in December 2022. Stefany was a pleasure to coordinate with. The condo was plenty big for our family of 5; it could have easily accommodated several others. It is located right on the beach and has a 180 degree view of the ocean. If you like to regulate the temperature with open windows, expect some traffic noise, but the views and proximity to the beach are well worth it.

Old guys surf trip

Great location with 3 breaks virtually out the back door. The condo is very nice as well but you can’t beat the view. Stephanie was great but read the HOA guidelines closely as they don’t seem to like outside visitors on property.

Nothing like waking up to 180 degree unobstructed views of the Pacific, and several epic surf spots. This place was equipped with everything you would need - from kitchen amenities, to beach accessories and toys (including a much appreciated umbrella)! Communication was quick and helpful. Definitely will book this place again!

The location was perfect for us - at Zippers & plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

You can hear the highway when there are bug trucks going by and the locals come to serve and leave their dogs on the beach so there’s lots of dog barking in the morning. Other than that - no complaints. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location! Beautiful view!

The surfers in our group were very happy with this location! The rest of us loved watching our surfers from the lovely balcony. Overall a nice condo, with a well stocked kitchen & plenty of room for the 8 of us. Security was excellent & neighbors were very friendly!

Absolutely Perfect!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay and overall experience at the Las Olas Penthouse. Working with Stephany was nothing short of flawless. She was thorough and detail oriented and answered all questions our group had. The condo was incredible! Well laid out, spacious, million dollar views, extremely well stocked kitchen, comfortably accommodated our group of seven. Walking distance to epic surf, pool and hot tubs post surf, need I say more? We will be back!

Great views and space

We really enjoyed our stay, the penthouse was very spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. Definitely happy with communication with the property manager and her quick response to questions. The only issue was the loud bar across the street at late hours. Otherwise we really enjoyed the location as we have been to Cabo numerous times and wanted to try something new, really liked the San Jose area.

Hi, my name is Stephany and I manage the Penthouse of A-600 at Las Olas for my family.
My family has owned the Penthouse of A-600 since March 2017 although we have a long history at the property of Las Olas. My grandmother, Granny Annie, lived on this property for many years in a very unique, old palapa home before she moved back to the states. I have many memories throughout the years of playing in the surf in front of what is now the property of Las Olas and of "Old Cabo and San Jose Del Cabo". Granny Annie has since moved on, but we continue to make memories in the place she loved so very much and called home for much of her life and hope you can do the same! We also own 2 other properties at Las Olas, a one bedroom and 3 bedroom, so if you have a large party and need more space we may be able to accommodate you all in the same property! Por qué escogió este alojamiento

From this penthouse you can take in all that Los Cabos has to offer: unobstructed views of sunrises over the beautiful sea of Cortez, the vibrant desert, expansive clear blue sky, sandy beach frontage, surfers and paddle boarders from dawn to dusk, etc.

The condo is located in between the beach and the main road to Cabo San Lucas. It is in a great, beachfront location & close to a lot. However, due to it being in between the beach (with deep sand) and the main road to Cabo (which is very busy at times), there aren't a ton of places that you can walk to very easily. There are a couple restaurants, rental shops and markets that are very close and easily accessible. There also can be some traffic noise, especially during the day and busy traffic times due to the proximity of the main road. I find the waves from the ocean to overwhelm the noise at night and while inside the condo.
