Just a few steps from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, the new Seeschloss mit Tradition was built in 1997 based on historical models—a stylish hotel with a unique atmosphere for guests with high expectations.

Its peaceful location at the start of the beach promenade, nestled directly between the forest, the beach, and the sea, is truly unparalleled. 

You’ll find stylishly furnished 1- to 3-room vacation apartments, featuring either a balcony with a direct ocean view or a south-facing balcony overlooking the Granitz Forest, a parking space at the building, a washer and dryer available for a fee, and a beach chair (on the dog-friendly beach) during the summer season. Wi-Fi is available in all apartments. There is an elevator in the Seeschloss, allowing you to reach the apartments in complete comfort.

The apartment is located directly on the fine-sand beach in a quiet section of the beach promenade in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.





This welcoming and tastefully furnished loft apartment is located in the attic and measures 55 m².

This apartment is on two levels, with an upper floor, the loft, and is accessed via a staircase from the living area below.

The living room features a comfortable sofa and is perfect for social gatherings.
A flat-screen TV and books provide entertainment for the whole family. Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay.
You can access the south-facing balcony with a view of the Granitz Forest from the living room.

The modern, bright, and fully equipped open-concept kitchen-living area, featuring a ceramic-glass stove, dishwasher, microwave, and other useful appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle—not only invites you to cook but also, thanks to the dining area, to enjoy cozy get-togethers during meals.

The sleeping area is located on the open loft and is furnished with a double bed and two single beds, separated by a room divider. A walk-in closet offers plenty of storage space.

The bathroom features a shower, heated floors, and a hair dryer is also provided.

There is an elevator in the Seeschloss, allowing you to easily reach the floor where your apartment is located.

A parking space on the parking deck is included with the apartment at no extra charge!



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00, and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
