On the first floor is an open, fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine and high-quality appliances. The adjacent dining area flows into the stylish living area with a fireplace. From here, you have direct access to the sunny southwest-facing terrace, where you can enjoy relaxing moments in a beach chair or on the comfortable patio furniture.
Upstairs, you’ll find an elegant bedroom with a double bed, a spacious natural-stone bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, and a separate home office.
The lower level features another bedroom with a double bed, a spacious shower room, and the exclusive designer sauna. After a long walk along the West Beach or the Wadden Sea, you can enjoy your very own private wellness retreat here. An utility room with a washer and dryer provides additional comfort.
In the converted attic, another cozy bedroom invites you to retreat and relax.

Located on a side street, just a few steps from shopping and the beach, the Schafstall in Hörnum is ideally situated for a relaxing vacation. It’s about a 5- to 8-minute walk to the center of Hörnum. You’ll find a bike rental shop (200 m), a supermarket, a bakery (1 km), a golf course (Budersand, 300 m), and various restaurants right nearby.
The Hörnumer Odde (Sylt’s southern tip), the Weststrand, the Wadden Sea, and the harbor are all just a few minutes’ walk away.

All accommodation rates are based on a maximum of 2 people.
Each additional person (ages 4 and up) is charged €23 per night.

Plus a one-time fee of €270 for final cleaning and €25 for the booking fee.

- Please schedule arrival and departure days for Saturday, Sunday, Friday, or Thursday whenever possible, subject to the occupancy schedule and availability. Other arrival days available upon request.
- Plus tourist tax (ages 18 and up): €3.70 per person per day from April 1 to October 31, or €1.85 per person per day from November 1 to March 31. The visitor’s tax is payable at the time of booking and will be forwarded by us to the tourist office.
- On holidays and during school breaks, the minimum stay is 7 nights.
