This newly furnished, comfortably equipped vacation rental is located in a quiet suburban area and can accommodate up to 4 or 6 people upon request. Best of all: the location combines proximity to the city with nature! In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach both the city center and Drachensee, the outdoor pool, and the Wildgarten. The ground-floor vacation rental, with a separate entrance and its own parking space, offers everything your heart desires. The bathroom is equipped with a tub and a shower; there’s also a convenient storage room with a washing machine and an additional guest restroom. The cozy living area features a couch, and the terrace with its garden area is perfect for relaxing. Upon request, the apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. (We charge an additional 5.00 EUR per night for each additional person.) Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight. Check-out is requested by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival. A crib or rollaway bed can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed.
