This vacation home, with its rich historical charm, is situated on a hill in a beautiful panoramic location, overlooking the medieval village of Castiglion Fiorentino, in the heart of the peaceful Tuscan countryside, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards.


Interior:

On the first floor, there is a comfortably equipped kitchen, an adjoining dining room, and a small living room (walk-through room) with a sofa bed for one person. There are also two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.

Upstairs, there is a small dining room, a large living room with a TV, armchairs, and a sofa, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom, and a small, fully equipped kitchen.

Outdoor area:

The dining room opens onto the patio, which is furnished with a table and chairs for 8 people. In the shaded pavilion, guests can enjoy meals outdoors that they have prepared on the garden grill or in the pizza oven.

From here, you have a magnificent view of the Tuscan countryside and the garden with its fenced-in pool (10 x 4 m; 1.25 m to 1.50 m deep), equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas.

The parking area can accommodate 6 cars.

The access road to the house is a 250-meter-long unpaved road that is easily navigable by standard vehicles.

The vacation home is rented out on an exclusive basis only. This means the entire house, the garden, and the pool are available for guests’ exclusive use.

In the nearby town of Castiglion Fiorentino, there are tennis courts, soccer fields, and basketball courts.

In the historic center, guests can visit the art gallery, the Etruscan museum, and the medieval fortress.
The nearby Montecchio Castle is also a worthwhile destination; it can be visited by prior reservation.

There are many opportunities nearby for long hikes, bike rides, or horseback rides.

Lake Trasimeno is only about 30 km away.
